I woke up one morning to see a leak in my living room ceiling. After trying many different plumbing services around me, with no luck, Waterwork Plumbing promptly responded to my call immediately and was very understanding of my situation and urgency, and sent out the crew the same day. The work was perfect. They opened up the drywall and found the leak at the exact spot, and they fixed it all for me within few hours. They explained the process the entire time, and kept me up to date. Their prices are great, and quality of work is even more amazing.

I contacted WaterWork plumbing and was provided a service call appointment between 3:00pm to 5:00pm that day. The plumber never showed. I spoke with an administrator the first thing the next morning, she apologized and offered me the opportunity to wait from 3 to 5 again in hopes that they may show.

Chase and Devon were great. I received a call earlier then their scheduled time for them to be on their way. They not only explained everything in detail, but answered the dozens of questions I had with no hesitation. They were professional and very courteous. I am very pleased with the work done, and will be for sure calling them for any future needs !

Called days on end to get a service appointment (which wouldn't be until least a week or so out ) was told I'd receive a call back from a technician to just make appointment No call backs or appointment. Horrible customer service.

Called to change out a shark bite with a straight piece of galvanized pipe. About 1/2 hour project MAX. For 2 days they kept telling me a guy was calling my phone when I specifically told them to just come over and knock on the door. Checked my phone records and no call from Glasshouse. So, we set up a specific time and they were still a no show. Couldn't leave a message on their stupid phone system. Didn't answer any texts, we just CANCELLED.
