Best Any Plumbing Service in Detroit MI

I used this company for almost 20 years, but in the last couple years they turned into greedy price gougers. Quotes to do the most simple repairs are absurdly high. And the appointment setter, Jeremy, is so condescending about the prices. As if you’re an idiot if you question the crazy increases. From the tone of responses to other Google Reviews, it seems condescension is just company policy. You don’t “argue” with unhappy customers! 94 years to build a great reputation. One to destroy it.

Johnny and Matt did a great job cleaning out our drain line in the basement.

If I could rate zero I would. Plumber made an appointment with me to estimate a job, then did not contact me as he was supposed to. Plumber also didn't answer my call when I tried to reach out to him after he failed to contact me. FYI the job was a simple replacement of shower fixtures. Dont call him!

I am always blown away by the team at Bubby's Plumbing. I had Mark attend my home this week to replace a few parts of my toilet, it turned out the whole thing needed to be replaced due to expired parts and a break that couldn't be fixed. Mark was responsive and kept me updated the whole time and had a new toilet installed within an hour of realizing this was the course of action he needed to take. He was clean, professional, and incredible and I am so grateful! As a mom with a toddler and only one bathroom not having a working toilet is not an appealing lifestyle choice, but with Bubby's Plumbing working for you I never even had a chance to panic! Perry and his partner were amazing. Quick, polite, and professional. They were in and out, wasted no time and fixed an issue that Best Plumbing( who I previously called) said was too much work. I really enjoyed their service and will be in touch for some further renovations!

This company was subcontracted by my contractor to do all new supply lines and some other jobs like moving the washer hook-up in my home. This was almost 2 years ago. I am just writing the review now because of the fact that almost everything they did has been redone since, they did poor work and nothing was to code. Everytime I have a plumbing issue it is because of this. Today, I am having my hot water heater replaced and the pex to copper connection is not up to code. I have had cracked fittings and leaks at several connection points as well. They couldn't even replace a shower head without it leaking within a month. Would not consider using them at all if I were you!

Called Friday afternoon, Saturday morning they was here, earlier than the time that was quoted, which I liked. Michael was very professional and courteous. I can't believe how quick and accurate the whole process was!

No call no show

Had them out to replace our old decrepit main drain. The plumbers they sent out to us were very professional. Took care of the job no problem, quickly too. Cleaned everything up nicely too, I would definitely use them again.
