We have always used this company and they are always quick and professional. We had them come out this time and they came out within an hour and did a quick diagnostic and found that a motor needed replacing. We did have to have a different company install the new Motor this time became of a $1500 price difference in this instance, but will definitely consider them again in the future.

Watch out for this company. One of their technicians is a total hot-head and pretty unstable. After harassing me for parking in front of my own garage, he then tried to sic his dog on me, all shortly after parking a van with the company logo emblazoned on it. Not the brightest move and you might not want him in your home.

E&J was able to troubleshoot and repair a sewer issue for a pipe connecting from the kitchen to the main. Also shared knowledge on the work that was being done and how the kitchen plumbing functions. Will call E&J for future plumbing work.

Cody came out right away within 2 hours of calling in to request an estimate. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He could see where the problem was coming from almost immediately and got right to work on it after accepting his estimate. He took the time to show me how to keep my pipes clean and educated me on the maintenance routines that would be necessary to avoid future issues. He answered all my questions and reassured me that he would come back out within 6 months for free if needed to address any issues with the pipes. We have used plumbers near me a few times, and they have been good. I recently had a very frustrating experience when trying to work with them. I wanted to have a water softener installed in our house, and asked to get a quote. I was told to send them what water softener we wanted installed in order to get the most accurate quote, which I did. After this point, I never received a quote. I tried calling back 4 times over the course of 1.5 weeks, and the person who answered always said his technician was not responding to his requests for the quote. This truly baffled me, and it seems the business does not know how to internally communicate. Simple changes to their internal structure would likely make them a better company

Waaayyyyyy too expensive. For a replacement water heater when I had quotes ranging from $1390 to $1750, to offer a quote close to $2800 seemed ridiculous.
I can have a top quality heater delivered for $750; draining the old one, unhooking the few lines, and removing it...then placing the new one, installing new lines, and lighting the pilot...that ought to take a competent plumber no more than 2, maybe 3, hours. Even if you charge $150hr, that's $1200 + the cost of new materials...$2800...that's just a waste of my time for the in-person quote.

Alan Snyman came to the rescue! Central Air went out last night. Temps have been mid-90’s all week. Alan came next day and fixed in less than 30 minutes. Blue Sky also did our water heater 7 months ago, did a great job and they will continue to get our business.

Beginning with my initial phone call to their office on a Saturday morning, to the same-day installation of our new water heater, the company was a pleasure to work with.
Jose was our plumber and he did an excellent job! He was pleasant and professional from the moment he came into our home. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and was very knowledgeable with the current Codes and helpful in explaining all our repair options which he showed in writing before starting. He assured me that he would be able to complete the project in a few hours which he did which meant we were still able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. He was respectful of our home and kept it and his work area clean. He even spent time after the initial project to go over some other questions and concerns I had regarding other plumbing areas in our home. Should we decide to go forward with any of those other projects, we’ll look to High 5 first for pricing and if we choose High 5, I’ll definitely ask if Jose is available to do the work!

Proactive Sewer is the best sewer company around! I will never use anybody else for my sewer problems. Whenever I call in, the receptionist is so sweet and helpful and answers my many questions and goes over the initial pricing with me. Moises is always so kind when he comes out to our house, and he is so professional. When we first bought the house, we were told we would need to replace part of the sewer line. We had Proactive Sewer come out to give us a 2nd opinion, and Moises was so honest ad upfront and told us that our sewer line looked great after doing a scope. He saved us thousands of dollars with his honesty and it reflected on the company so well! Absolutely love and appreciate this company.

Pricing seems a bit predatory. Two hours of work and a 6 inch section of pipe behind my exterior spigot should not cost $800. It seems like they might be relying on folks who don't have time to shop around and balk at the idea of cost comparing after seeing the sunk cost they've already paid to have the job estimated. Maybe I'm wrong, and plumbers actually do charge $400/hour.. If so, I've chosen the wrong profession. They also didn't repair the wall that they cut out, which I was disappointed to learn because, after hearing the price, I had assumed this was a full service job. I recommend shopping around and seeing if you can get an estimate first.On the positive side, my tech was excellent. Very kind and professional, and got the main job done without issue.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Absolutely horrible. Another plumbing scam artist. Tried to charge us $300 to clean the line with an auger for about a 30 minute appointment after quoting $79. They left and we did not use them.
