As always excellent service. Dylan was very professional and always let me know what he was doing. He made sure that he cleaned up after the job was completed. I definitely would refer Done Plumbing to friends. I don’t normally write reviews but Dylan impressed me.

They were great to work with from the first phone call. The office staff is amazing! The technician showed up promptly and fixed an outdoor spigot which was leaking into the basement. The tech also suggested installing a sump pump in our basement, which saved us from having our basement flood when we had heavy rains. They are now our go to for any plumbing issues!

All of the guys that performed the services as well as the representatives that take the calls are top notch at this company. Alex and Bob are great at helping get whatever paperwork is needed, and Brandon, along with Kodiak were phenomenal with their work in determining what the real problem was. Unfortunately for me it was a BIG problem. The guys had to tear up my basement floor (the smallest amount possible) to reach the pipes that needed replacing, put in new, high quality lines and drain, and then repair the concrete that had to be torn up. It was a big job but they got it done efficiently and did a great job. The guys that performed the repair work were meticulous in their completion and even moved all the necessary shelves, appliances, etc. in my basement before starting and after they were finished. Brandon swept up the work area after he moved the appliances back in place and everyone wore boot covers in the house to minimize dust traction. Very professional from beginning to end. The value for the work completed was beyond, and I’m so appreciative to have a working sewer system that I can rely on again without clogs or floods. If you need a job well done and plumbers you can trust, these are your guys.

Severely clogged kitchen sink on Christmas eve. Jeremy arrived on time, and he was just awesome. Extremely polite and professional, he did fantastic work, and explained everything to me as he worked. The price was fair, and I would not hesitate to use Hyperflow again in the future.

If their driving is any indication they suck.

My main line backed up on a Friday. The lady at the office was so sweet and courteous. She promised to get a tech out on the same day. Thanks so much for not making me wait until Monday.
Then Sam came out to snake the line. I can't say enough good things about the guy. He was prompt, professional, and honest. I live in an old house. The cleanout port was inaccessible due to age. But no worries. Rather than tell me at 5 pm on Friday, that he couldn't do the job. Sam came to me and said, hey I can pull the basement toilet and run the snake from there. What a champion! He stayed late on a Friday to make sure the job got done right.
I'll never use any other plumbing company. And neither should you.

King Rooter was great to work with. Their office communicated well, and Jonathan protected our floors, cleaned out our pipe and cleaned up after. Very professional.

I called to make a appointment jasmine said she can get someone out as soon as Thursday or Friday I went to get the tank information size and calling them back. The second lady said that she wouldn’t be able to get anybody out until Saturday so I made an appointment for Saturday between one and five Saturday comes They call me couple hours before my appointment and said that they are not going to be able to make it. Mind you I took the day off from work just to be able to have somebody here Ive tried to make a appointment with you guys three times since is a simple, hot water tank drainage. I can’t receive any service terrible way to do business.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

I rarely write reviews. I am writing this one to highly recommend Christopher's Plumbing. After completing a load of laundry one evening, we quickly noticed we had a small flood in our storage room in the basement. My next door neighbor recommended I call Christopher Plumbing. I called them first thing the following morning. Once I described our situation, David suspected we probably had a clogged sewer line. He contacted an outside company that specialized in cleaning out sewer lines. The company was at our house within an hour. Two hours later, at a very reasonable cost, we were doing another load of laundry. The company recommended we clean out the line once a year. Don't have to tell us twice!

Shane O'Brien did an outstanding job providing service on our HVAC system today. Not only was he exceptionally thorough with the AC maintenance, but he also took the time to patiently explain to me the importance of what he was doing for the longevity of our system. Our water heater was leaking and Befort came out and replaced it for us. They were on time and very professional. We will be using Befort for all our future plumbing needs.

Roberto was excellent. This is the second time I've had to call him (two different reasons) and both times he's been friendly and professionally, doing excellent work both times. I'm grateful to have a plumber I can rely on.

I called this company and explained my air conditioning situation, including what another HVAC company had done last year Seemed nice enough and reasonable: around $43 to show up and another $70 to diagnose the problem. I made an appointment with them for a 1-5pm window. At around 10:30 someone called to say he could be at my house in 30 minutes, not the most convenient since I would have to drive in from work and then drive back.

The person who met me was from a different company called Time and hadn’t been told anything about the problem. (Is “Denver Plumbing Consultants an actual HVAC company or do they just contract with other companies?) I told him what I knew and showed him my service bills from last year. He didn’t turn anything on or and barely even looked at the system, but started to explain the technical details of all the things that COULD be wrong (although it was actually pretty simple — leaking refrigerant) and said just finding the leak would START at $1,200. I told him thanks but no thanks and tried to pay the $43 for the visit. He said I’d have to pay the $113. I refused — he had been there for 5 minutes, didn’t even turn the thing on, and didn’t quote an actual price! He refused to take any money at all, left in a huff, and said it had been a “learning experience.“

Domonique and Trace were great. Clean, professional, quick. Great talking to them too. Definitely will do business again.

Had a leak several leaks in basement late Sunday night. Sean came over at about 9 and took care of the issue. Very friendly and professional, highly recommend.
