Tipping hat had a next day appointment and was very communicative leading up to the appointment. The plumber that came was professional and I thought I could trust him. Now that the job is over I’m second guessing everything. I’ve been left with 4 holes in my wall in 4 different areas. 2 of which are actually pretty close together. I also have an over $300 new bath faucet that is a different finish from the rest of the hardware in the bathroom. First he said that it was a simple leak and the fee for a simple leak search was just over $200 that did not include the $49 diagnostic fee. He said that if I chose Tipping hat to do the work that both these fees would be applied into the final payment. When it was time to pay that was not the case and it turned out it was no longer a simple search and the fee was increased to over $400. He repaired the leaking pipe behind the shower and then also replaced the bath faucet and there was no finish option or option for us to just put a new faucet on ourselves which we easily could have done and purchased a kit for way less than $300. We also were not given an estimate before he started cutting into the walls and making repairs just a final cost of over $1,300 for a simple leak at the end that turned out not to be simple. I’m pretty disappointed and not sure that I would use Tipping Hat again.

IIya is A good honest salt of the earth individual. not only have I used IIya he is an individual that come to me highly recommended by my family, friends and peers as well. In December of 2018, Devon and his worker, removed all concrete covering all the sewer lines, in my basement, removing and replacing old pipes with up to code pipes.They did a fantastic job, and in a timely manner. They cleaned up, hauled away all debris. Kept me informed right along of what they were going to do and showed me as they went along.Devon is awesome, and I strongly recommendhim to anyone looking for a good worker and backs up his work. He doesn't leave until you are satisfied. I can't thank him enough!!

So can 2020 get any worse?!?Having your main line backup on Thanksgiving could put a damper in plans. But Cody (6544) came out ready to get us squared away. He was personable, understanding, great attitude, quick and efficient. He also stayed in all his protective gear for covid. Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.
