They wanted to come before actual appointment but I wasn’t available. Darrell checked the water heater and showed and explained the problems. I knew the system was probably 20 years old and I was expecting the worst. The gave me three options and I picked what was best for me. Darrell had everything in his truck. He started immediately. It was clean, quick and done the same day. I will use Done Plumbing again.

Well, we thought with all these great reviews that we couldn't go wrong. But, I would definitely try a different Plumber/HVAC group. We were told the repair guy would also clean the unit - I called to ask this specifically. The repair guy said no and acted put off - we had to purchase that part of the service plan. He was very stiff and unfriendly and after making it clear he would only take 15 minutes to diagnose the problem with our air conditioner - if he couldn't do it in that time we would be charged accordingly for any extra time to diagnosis. From there he told us we needed a new fan motor and proceed to charge us an astronomical amount! I'm pretty sure I was taken advantage of. Because what choice do you have? Call someone else and get another service fee? The air conditioner is now quite noisy - when we ran it last year it was much more quite. When he left - all the lights were left on in the basement, trash left by the unit, a big part sticker left stuck to our house and the fence gate was left open. We will certainly not be using Blue Sky again nor will we refer them.

After a small schedule ing hiccup, which the receptionist was excellent at resolving, dalton came and repaired my Minisplit. He was attentive, communicated great and answered all of our questions. He was respectful of us and the space and even wiped all the finger prints off the unit when finished. The trip fee covered the cost for his time. I will use this company again in the future and would highly recommend them!

Based on a camera video scope of my sewer line and concerns voiced by the company that did the video, I called High 5 for their opinion and a quote for services. High 5 technician Morgan came out the next day and spent a significant amount of time with me explaining what he saw in the video and looked over piping in the basement. I found Morgan to be very personable and knowledgeable on the subject. Replacement of my outside sewer line was recommended and to my relief it could be done without trenching the whole line. The job was completed just as explained in the quote without any problems and minimal disruption to my front yard. I had an excellent experience with High 5 and would recommend them for consideration of any plumbing needs.

I contacted this company after my water heater died, they were immediately responsive and scheduled an appointment to come out and give me a quote. Compared to two other companies I considered they were much faster in general, quoted me what I consider a fair price for the water heater and services, and when they ran up against snags specific to my type of home and heater they did everything they had to and could to find a solution. The tech was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and more important than that he was upfront and honest with me about everything I asked him. They found a solution, got me the water heater and system I wanted, I got a 10-year warranty out of the deal, and they were professional enough to clean up their mess and leave my home exactly as they found it. I even had to leave at one point to go get my son and I felt no problem whatsoever leaving them in my house. I've used doctor fix it a number of times for a number of problems.Every technician that has come out has been well versed in their trade.I've had 3 maybe 4 electrical problems in my house and and always have ask by name Will Reid. The guy knows his stuff from small minor problems to major problems that I've had.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Had a nasty plumbing problem that came up and needed someone same-day to come and fix before my rental guests were checking in. Pete was the dispatcher, he was great. Took care of everything, and did the 'environmental clean-up' afterwards. The place looked brand new by the time he was done. I am eternally grateful!
