We never realize how much we take hot water for granted until we no longer have it at our fingertips. My hot water heater went down and after getting quoted $7,000-$8,000 by multiple other companies, I finally found a plumbing business that caters to the customer, instead of their pockets. Michelle was able to dispatch a crew the very next day. Josh and Lance showed up on time and reviewed my options with me. I decided to go with a new water heater that was much more reasonably priced than anyone else. Installation was extremely fast, clean, and professional. Everything was installed to city code and done with nothing but the most professional service I could ask for. Never once did they try to upsell me on anything or treat me like a bank, they talked to me and treated me as a human being. Thank you TYCO for nothing but the best. I needed to replace my water heater. I have used TYCO before and trust them. Robert came to our home and evaluated the old water heater. I explained the issues I was having. Robert evaluated the current system. In the end I asked to have the water heater replaced. I was provided with a quote which included several options including providing my own hot water heater. I chose the Bradford White they recommended after looking at independent reviews. I also had them add a product called Scale RX which should extend the life of this water hearter as mineral build up is an issue for us. Robert also added a cold water shut off which allows us to isolate the water heater, improved the venting, added an expansion tank to bring the system up to current code, improved the gas line and trap system, and installed a proper ball valve for our humidifier. The job was clean and the work professionally done with no issues. The price was competitive with what I have read I should expect. I highly recommend using their services.

We had an exceptional experience with TYCO Plumbing. I had called 3 other Plumbers to get an assessment and quote for a big job replacing collapsed and worn out metal piping underneath our basement floor. I was not feeling comfortable with the other assessments/quotes from the other plumbers (all whom had varying opinions and costs). I made one more call to TYCO and I am so glad I did. From our initial discussion, to the final job, Tyler walked us through what to expect. His quote was very thorough (well beyond what we received from the other plumbers)so we had no surprises. We felt the cost was good and TYCO stayed within the quoted price. His team did everything they could to carefully remove the old worn piping and not add extra costs. He made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way and always made sure to address all questions, sometimes multiple times. They showed up each day at the times they said they would and they stayed on schedule and finished the job by the time they said they would. I ended up giving him a couple extra add ons while his team was here. The guys that were here were super nice and professional. TYCO plumbing will be our go to for any plumbing work from here on out.

working with TYCO plumbing has just been a great experience. Good plumbers are hard to find, and finding one that is trustworthy, hardworking and communicates clearly is even harder. I am finishing a downstairs basement bathroom and laundry room, and needed to do some extensive underground plumbing work to overhaul the space to accommodate. Tyler and his team were perfect from the beginning. They communicated pricing and details clearly, made sure I understood everything and what I had to do at each step, and the pricing was fair. I also had him replace an old 'maybe won't close' main water valve for my whole house, a new water heater, misc plumbing work around the house, and gas line work. Even though this was a ton of work, his team came exactly on time the day of the job, worked hard throughout the day, and had everything finished in one sitting. His team was kind and every member was knowledgeable. 10/10 would work with TYCO again, I can't imagine recommending another plumber to anyone else as long as they stay in business. Thanks TYCO!

I don’t think we’ve ever had a 5 star experience with a plumbing company before but we did with TYCO. Rich and Lance were friendly, explained everything in detail and pulled together a thorough quote for us to fix our leaking kitchen faucet, replace push/pull valves throughout the house, fix our water pressure that was too high and were able to tackle everything day of. Tyco was very professional and did a great job. But I feel I was way overcharged .they replaced a $ 60.00 spickot and spent no more than 1.5 hours on job. And charged $ 408.00 . Thats about $ 233.00 per hour.for a fairly simple job. Probably won't use again.

I cannot say enough good things about TYCO Plumbing. Tyler and Steven are professionals who pride themselves on finding solutions. They are honest and incredibly easy to work and talk with. We had a new high-efficiency furnace put in our attic in January and since then have had loud thumping noises coming from the shower drain. This has been a difficult issue to resolve and is still not resolved, but TYCO offered to try a couple things that they could not guarantee would solve the issue. When looking at the next steps they were honest enough to state that a rerouting of the drain still might not fix the problem and could have other issues with freezing. After giving me a quote for work we would have paid for, we were able to talk, and they actually suggested that I try alternative professionals to troubleshoot and would communicate with those professionals to help us solve the problem. TYCO Plumbing is the company we will use for all of our plumbing needs, and we will refer our family and friends to them as well. Even though we are still trying to resolve this problem, I would recommend TYCO to anyone who needs plumbing services.

I am extremely grateful for finding Tyco Plumbing. It is always frustrating having someone come to your home and not know if they are taking advantage of you whether it be in cost or being told you need things you actually do not need. I have had Josh out to my home multiple times now to replace a hot water tank, redo some pipes and fix a leaky toilet. Josh was fantastic to work with. Everything was done perfect, he explained everything in detail and walked me through how everything works so I know for myself later on. He tagged all the pipes, so I know what they are and what each one does. It is very refreshing to FINALLY find someone you truly trust in your home to fix things. Rich and Josh and the folks at Tyco have been over to my house a few times. They've installed a ball valve to help prevent an outdoor faucet from freezing, and also replaced my main water and pressure regulator valves. I've experienced no fallout from their work. They've always been professional and transparent about what they're doing. I appreciate that they don't charge anything until a service is rendered, and they're upfront about costs.

I've passed up on having them perform some plumbing work, not because they couldn't do it, but because they educated me about on how some of the issues I thought I was having were not issues at all or not issues that needed to be addressed immediately. I'm thankful for their integrity since I know nothing about plumbing.

I have never seen any professional service, be it plumbing or anything else, go above and beyond in the way the TYCO Plumbing did for our tankless water heater install.

I mentioned I've had loud tankless water heaters before and asked if he could do anything to make it as quiet as possible and Tyler did like 6 different things after doing thorough research on the issue. I think any one of these different techniques would have reduced the noise to acceptable levels but the application of all of these different ideas resulted in a level of quiet that, I kid you not, when Tyler went into the other room to turn on the hot water and asked if it was too loud, I asked him if he'd turned it on yet. I was standing right next to it and it was *silent* - dead silent.

The pipe work is clean, the install was flawless. There's nothing more to say, I don't think I've ever had a contractor come to my house and do as perfect a job on anything as this was. I cannot recommend highly enough.

There's a reason they are 5 Stars overall! Rich H and his team helped out with some shower replumbing during a bathroom remodel and him and his team went above and beyond. After the work was done the tub p-trap had a hairline crack causing it to leak, Rich came out to patch it asap. Leaking unfortunately continued so he came back out to replace the p-trap all together no questions or hassle. I recently used TYCO Plumbing to replace a sewer line out to the street after camera scopes from TYCO and another company found a couple issues. I would have preferred to spend my money on something other than sewer pipe, but I also didn’t want to wake up w/ solid waste in my basement. I found TYCO (especially Tyler whom I worked with) honest and trustworthy. The cost of the project was clearly communicated so that there would be no surprises. I wasn’t home for the work, so I REALLY appreciated the extra communication from Tyler including photos on progress and a FaceTime video call wrap up with sincere “any questions or concerns”.

Our water heater went out and started leaking at 3am on a Saturday. Knowing the heater was over 10 yrs old, and from where it was leaking, I assumed it would need replaced. After serveral calls to other plumibing services, I reached Tyco. They were able to find someone to come out on that morning to help us. Rich showed up quickly, with a new water heater. He checked ours out, and diagnosed we did infact need a new one. He checked a few other things, gave us an estimate to replace the water heater, warranty it, and bring the plumbing up to code. The estimate was lower than one I had gotten earlier over the phone, for work they couldn't start until Monday or Tuesday. Rich completed all the work in about 3 hrs and had us up and running again. He was extremely professional and worked quickly. He explained every step and why he would need to do it. I would highly recommend Tyco plumbing and Rich for your plumbing services.

I have used TYCO previously at my home. As a homeowner with high standards, TYCO again exceeded what I could ask for. Rich and Lance came out to repair leaky shutoff valves and replace two toilets. I was quoted the price and they got to work on the items. I purchased the toilets myself at a big box store - only to find they were both shattered to pieces in the box when preparing to install. Rich and Lance did not miss a beat and offered to wait while I returned them to the store or alternatively, they were willing to go and pick up new ones themselves to get it fixed correctly. Their quality of work, efficiency, and professionalism was top notch and despite the curve ball mid project, they finished everything beyond my expectations. I will no doubt use Tyco as my plumber, and would give them more than five stars if I could.

What a great experience with Rich! I sent a message on Nextdoor looking for a good, reputable local plumber as we are new to the area (just moved from Atlanta). They were able to fit us in their Tuesday afternoon schedule, called promptly before they came, arrived within the 30 minute window, and Rich fixed our leaky faucet in under 5 minutes. Chris from Tyco plumbing installed all the bathroom fixtures for us, including a double sink vanity, a toilet, a bidet seat, and shower fixtures. Our experience with Tyco and Chris is nothing but the best. They are certainly a busy business, but we did not experience any delay on scheduling and service. The owner of the company called me back in an hour after I left a message requesting service, and Chris showed up the next day to give us an estimate. The price is reasonable, and we liked that Chris explained exactly what he would do to complete the job. We were given choices everywhere there was a freedom to choose, and when there was clearly one best and safest approach, Chis let us know what it was and why. During the whole process I felt guided but not pushed. After the estimate, we were not rushed to book the service either. Chris actually suggested that we install the glass shower door before booking their plumbing service, in order to make the shower door installation easier. His suggestion was really appreciated by the shower glass company we worked with. On the day of the job Chris came in early (and he is always right on time which we appreciate) and completed the installation in a few hours. When I was around, he explained everything he was doing and the products he used and why, which was very valuable information for a new homeowner like me. We will definitely come back for Tyco and Chris' service next time we have plumbing needs. They showed us what a responsible and competent business should run, and how good contracting service could be. I am afraid that our standard for the next contractor is sky-high now!

Tyler was super friendly and helpful in terms of scheduling on the phone and Rich came out to replace my sump pump with a redundant, battery-backup system. Rich is a total master plumber on top of being a super nice, informative guy who went out of his way to make sure all my layman questions were answered and he even went out of his way to clean out my sump pit so it looked totally new! Tyco Plumbing did a superb job replacing our old water main line with a new one due to a leak. Tyler, the owner, was on the project with his crew and communicated with us regularly what is going on with the project. This daunting task was already completed early afternoon without any setbacks. The crew protected flooring and walls of the work area in the basement and did dust mitigation. After the inspector approved the work, the crew back filled the dugout trench in the yard, refurbished the basement access panel, cleaned up the area and did a walkthrough of the accomplished project. I highly recommend Tyco Plumbing for your next plumbing repairs. They are professionals, explain the project steps in detail to ease homeowners’ concerns which builds trust.

This is a great company. I've called them twice now. They first repaired a leaking pipe by replacing a bad valve leading out to the sprinkler system. They were fast, professional, and reasonably priced. The second time I called when my kitchen faucet stopped working. I sent an email Sunday night and they were here Monday morning. It turns out the shutoff valves got pushed in somehow. They checked for other problems, tightened my loose faucet, and didn't charge me!

We are incredibly satisfied with the work done, and the price - which was only a fraction of what we were quoted from other larger companies. We worked with Tyler initially, who was able to give us a quote extremely quickly over the phone. Then we continued working with Chris, who gave quotes for additional jobs, and ultimately did all the work. Chris was extremely communicative and professional, and very attentive to details. He worked quickly and repaired a whole slew of things around our house at varying levels of difficulty - including faucet replacement, main water pipe replacement, hose and valve replacement, and faucet repair. He obviously takes pride in his work, and is committed to doing a good job. I cannot recommend TYCO Plumbing enough for any/all plumbing needs.

** A year later ** We used TYCO again to fix a broken sprinkler valve that burst due to freezing. The plumber was very communicative, quick and accurate with repairs, and very courteous - wearing a mask at all times and shoe covers when inside the house. Turnaround time from when I first called TYCO to when the work completed was 2 days. Price was totally fair. Very satisfied with the level of professionalism and quality of work, and will definitely use TYCO again for future needs.

We had a different plumber before Tyco: scheduling was difficult, the job seemed impossible to get done, and the water line to the fridge constantly broke, something we thought was easy but we couldn't figure out how to do. Mike and his apprentice were great. Mike provided clear knowledge and explained everything so someone who doesn’t know anything about plumbing could understand. It was fairly priced, I gathered several quotes for the work I needed done. They were on time and quick with their work. Would happily recommend them to anyone.

We have used Tyco twice now and were very impressed both times. The first time they did a much needed repair for us incredibly fast and professionally. This time we weren't sure if there was anything that could be done about our freezing pipes issue and they gave us several suggestions, including saving our money and not doing the very expensive fix suggested by another plumber. We've used Tyco several times. They did a fantastic job on replacing the water heater and replacing/updating the plumbing under the kitchen sink after we developed a slow leak in the old valves. They also replaced our garbage disposal - that service call we thought was quite over-priced for what it was, but the other two calls seemed reasonable for the quality work done.

I was very impressed with Tyco! Rich was super friendly and professional. Pricing was very fair, with a reasonable adjustment for doing multiple fixes on one service trip. The attention to detail was surprising and great - I love that they labeled each valve shut-off and put the new water heater in a tray with a pipe going to the laundry room drain if there were every any leak so as to minimize water damage and flooding.

Can’t say enough about Tyler, Scott, and Rich at TYCO!! Scott fixed a leaky faucet a couple of months ago and was absolutely wonderful. When the installers for our water softening system told us our 6 year old water heater should be replaced because it gave off a small amount of gas, I called TYCO for a second opinion. Rich came out, tested it, and reassured me that it was perfectly fine ALL AT NO CHARGE! They truly are the most knowledgeable and honest company around!

We've used Tyco Plumbing multiple times over the past year and a half for issues in the bathroom and kitchen and to move a gas line. All of their technicians have gone out of their way to provide great service. I needed a valve replaced in the basement. I have dealt with a large plumbing service for many years but they have lately decided it would be beneficial to them to gouge their customers. I called another large service last year to replace my water heater and their bid was 5 times what I ended up paying to do the job myself. I saw a Tyco truck in front of my neighbor's house last week and thought I would try them for the valve that I needed replaced. Their office staff was very friendly while setting up the appointment. Rich came to my house yesterday and completed the repair. The price was very fair and Rich was extremely polite and courteous. Such a great experience! I called Tyco after returning from a trip to a clogged kitchen sink. They were extremely responsive and let me know that they were booked until Monday. This was Thursday afternoon but I was prepared to wait because several neighbors recommended this company. Tyler told me he would put me on the cancel list and see if he could squeeze me in. 2 hours later Mike showed up and got me all taken care of. I am so thrilled with the quick response, the professionalism of the plumber who came out. Thanks Mike and Tyler for the awesome service.

Upon inspection of selling our house we needed to replace the hot water heater. I asked some neighbors and Tyco Plumbing was recommended. I called on a Saturday late afternoon explaining what needed to be done and in the time frame we needed it done in. They offered to come out on a Sunday but we were able to make appointment for Tuesday. My technician Rich was great. Very professional and friendly, explained what he was going to do and went right to work. He had a great attitude toward what he does. When completed he explained what he had completed and that an emailed receipt would be sent immediately. He then left two business cards, one for me if I had any issues and one for the new home owners for if they ever needed anything. I thought that was very thoughtful. We had previously replaced our kitchen faucet with an inferior one just to get us by. Recently, it had gotten to the state where it was starting to drip and to fall apart. I found and purchased a Moen faucet to replace. I contacted Tyco about installation and they were able to schedule us within a couple days. Today, Rich came out and had the new faucet installed in about 30 or 45 minutes. He was very experienced, very personable and quite nice to work with. Now the new faucet works beautifully! I’ve had nothing but superb experiences with Rich. He has gone above and beyond to now help me process two warranty repairs and only charged me for labor, despite the additional hours of work he put in to get the faulty parts covered. He previously corrected the poor work of another plumber (from a different company), and this time worked around my tricky schedule and that of my renters to complete the repairs in a very timely manner. He was nothing but gracious and professional despite some warranty hiccups, and even apologized for the hassle (which was in no way attributed to him). Our shower was running very cold, and so we called in TYCO plumbing. The fix was really easy, and the plumber was leaving, when we realized our small, fast dog had escaped the yard. Our plumber helped us get the dog back in, and due to how quick and simple a fix it was, didn't charge us for the service. These guys are awesome, and now definitely my go-to plumbers!

TYCO called to let me know they could be at my home a little earlier than planned if I wanted them to, and then showed up promptly. I had an issue with a sink with an odor and he told me I just needed to use a specific cleaning product to make it go away,and it worked. He could have charged me to rework the plumbing I would have done it, but he was honest and to me to go an easy route. I had other issues in my home and I can't say enough about the honesty of these guys. They will be my plumbing company of choice moving forward!

I needed a new hot water heater. I spent 2 months getting quotes and I chose TYCO. Tyler was by far the most knowledgeable and trustworthy plumber that I met with. He is the ONLY plumber that told me I needed a permit to comply with the law, he also procured it for me and walked me through the inspenspection process. TYCO came in close as the most cost effective and when I asked for a price match to the lowest estimate, they stood by their estimate because it was priced exactly as it should be. It was not about getting the job for them, it was about doing the right job and the job was done to perfection. Tyler schooled me on the different heater options available to me, offered advice when I asked his professional judgment and answered all of my annoying emails. They showed up on time, they cleaned up immaculately and they even laughed at my jokes and entertained my 5 year old. Our heater runs great, passed inspection with flying colors and truth be told, I kinda look forward to my next plumbing needs because I FINALLY have a plumber I can trust.

Tyco plumbing has been great as we begin multiple projects on the house. Scott has been fantastic (along with Tyler) in helping us decide the best options as we begin a kitchen renovation. Additionally, we needed some work on our sprinkler drain and shut off valve as well as the house shut off valve. Scott went through everything with us and identified all of the options, both for the sprinkler and shut off valves as well as what we'll need to do for the kitchen. They'll be back out soon to help with the first phase of the kitchen and then again once we have everything ready to be re-hooked up. TYCO plumbing provided the best plumbing experience I have ever had. I had a floor drain in my basement that was clogged. The plumber that came out reviewed what he was going to do and that based on what he say in the drain and the age of the drain he probably would not be able to unclog it. Nevertheless, he gave the drain his best effort and discounted the fee since he could not unclog the drain. I was immensely impressed with how much a stand up company Tyco is and I got quote for future work on the drain and another plumbing project that I will be utilizing them for very soon.

Rich from Tyco is, without question, the most customer-respecting, careful and competent plumbing professional with whom I’ve ever worked. Rich is meticulous in his setup, analysis of the problem and listing a series of solutions, both short and long term. Tyler’s pricing is fair and sending Rich to us was the absolute best way to resolve our leaking American Standard toilet. I had tried a number of self-fix options from the hardware store: not only did Rich treat my efforts with respect rather than ridicule, but he improved the work which I had done, gave me time to see whether that fix worked or whether a more expensive solution was required, and then resolved the problem quickly, efficiently and professionally. I found this company when looking for a plumber for my mom on the BBB website. They got great reviews and even people on the Nextdoor app were recommending them. I gave their number to my mom who was having an issue getting her hot water to run in the kitchen. We had such low temperatures that she was afraid her pipe would burst. Even though her appointment was a week out they fit her in earlier due to a cancellation. They were very kind and found the issue right away. She was so pleased and highly recommends this company. TYCO Plumbing did an excellent job changing our water main which was leaking. They started on the day right after a snowstorm with snow still on the ground, plus low temperatures. They started early, digging, sledge hammering, etc. By mid afternoon water main was changed, concrete on side foundation wall was filled, and the ground was back to normal. Like it never happened. I am very happy with their service and highly recommend TYCO Plumbing!

Tyler was great to work with. He is kind, upfront and honest. The price he quoted was the price we paid. He didn't try to escalate the issue to increase the sale. We were highly impressed with Tyler and TyCo Plumbing. From start to finish, he was very professional, explaining our options, delivering everything he promised (and more)! From the first meeting, to the final product, he was top notch!

His price was competitive and worth every penny!

I especially liked the fact that he treated me with as much respect as he would have treated a man. Sometimes as a woman, men in the trades tend to act as if women don't have any knowledge. This was not the case with Tyler. He was very respectful, explaining things just as if I were anyone else - man or woman. I was very appreciative of this. He also respected our home and as far as plumbing work goes, it was an attractive end result. Our new hot water heater works great and passed city inspection with flying colors.

We had a small leak in a water line above the shower in our basement. I called on a Sunday, and left a voicemail. I didn't expect to hear back until Monday morning at the absolute earliest. I was delighted to get a call back about an hour later, and was put on the schedule for Monday afternoon. The technician arrived within the time window I was given. Additionally, he called me 30min into the time window to let me know a more solid time. Then again when he was leaving to head to our home. He was there less than two hours, fixed the leak, and was super courteous. I thought the price was extremely fair, and I'll be calling them for any future plumbing needs. I moved into my place a little over two years ago and I knew at some point I would have to do some plumbing work. I’m a first time homebuyer so I kind of just put it off and didn’t really know where to start! I ended up googling plumbers and picked Tyco because of the positive reviews.

I reached out to Tyco via an online inquiry and the dispatcher responded very quickly. On the day of my appointment, Rich called and mentioned he could arrive earlier and we were able to move up my appointment. I showed him the push/pull valves on all my water pipes (3 toilets and 4 sinks) and also mentioned I thought the water pressure was too high and could have been causing the push/pull valves to push out, subsequently turning the water off. He checked the water pressure and it was way too high! He gave me a quote and I asked when he could come back and he explained he could do it same day! He went to the store to get all the parts, installed everything, walked me through what he did, and then left. He also asked some questions to determine my preferences as it related to water temperature because he noticed ours was really hot. He showed me where to adjust that too. He was very nice, informative and professional! I actually asked my friends and family if they needed a plumbing service because I was very happy with the work that was done and wanted to share the good news! I will definitely use them again in the future.

Rich and Mike came out to jackhammer a trench in our basement because we had a 50 year old iron pipe break under the slab in our foundation. They came in at half the price as the other quotes, plus they were always on time and they worked their butts off. Nothing about a broken pipe under a foundation is smooth, but they made it as smooth as I think anyone could have. Plus they are a local business which is awesome. They had to work with the city of Arvada permitting department as well as the inspectors and they did so in very short order which was super convenient. Plus, Rich and Mike were very friendly and fun to talk to. I would highly recommend this company.

Since I'm an absentee homeowner, it's often difficult to count on neighbors and friends to give recommendations. Called four plumbers found in the local neighborhood paper. Only two called me back — Tyco was one of those. Instead of giving me a flat price for the replacement of a water pressure regulator (which I suspected was the problem), they gave me a range of roughly a $100 spread lower than the competitor, with their top price matching the competitor.

Given that Tyco could possibly be $100 lower and that they could come out the next day, I rolled the dice and went with Tyco. Plumbing technician Chris Andrews came out. Was delighted to see a clean, well-stocked truck and equally impressed that he wore foot covers to protect my flooring. In the end, the job was easier than expected, so I did, indeed, pay $100 less than the plumbing company I would have chosen based on past experience. Wonderful to find another reputable company I can call on remotely when I need them.

Tyler has done work at our house twice, and both times he has gone above and beyond!

Back in October he installed a new gas line for our new range. He was thorough and informative from the moment he walked in the door to give an estimate, to the follow-up phone calls and visits after the work was complete. He answered all of our questions, and walked us through each step of the process. His work was pristine, and there were no surprises. He worked with the City of Longmont to obtain a permit for his work, and he was the only one of three companies we had called that was going to pull a permit to do the work. In my opinion, this speaks to his professionalism and integrity. When I had a concern about a gas smell once the work was done, he made a point to come back to my house to re-test the lines (The smell ended up not being from his work, but from the stove itself). Tyler takes pride in his work, and he should, because it is of high quality.

We were so happy with the work Tyler did back in October, that when our water heater broke and started flooding our basement the other night, he was the first person I called. He walked me through my options, helped explain how sitting water could damage my nearby furnace if we didn't take care of it properly, and told me he could be out the next day--permit and water heater in hand (I called after business hours and he answered immediately). He even pulled up photos he had taken of the water heater back in October, as we spoke on the phone. The next morning I called him to ask about tankless vs. the standard water heater we had. He thoroughly explained the pros and cons of each, and helped my husband and I decide which was our best option. He came out in the afternoon with everything he needed and explained exactly what he was going to do to bring our water heater up to code (the venting and other connections needed to be brought to code, all of which he knew from the photos and were included in our quote). When his work was near completion, he found a crack in some of the old venting above where he was doing the work. He ran out quickly to the part store before it closed, and returned to fix the crack, even though it was the end of the day. He reviewed his work with us. Again, it was pristine and high quality. He checked in with us the next day to ensure everything was in working order.

Tyler is straightforward, honest, prompt, thorough, communicative, and knowledgeable. He does clean, quality work. I can't recommend him enough!

Our kitchen faucet broke and our shut-off valves did not close properly. The kitchen water was off, and there was a constant drip underneath the sink. Tycho sent someone the same day, and their technician, Rich Haberle, replaced our kitchen faucet and the shut-off valves, and then he repaired a bathroom faucet free of charge. Also, the faucet they provided is superior to the expensive faucet we had before it broke. I would definitely call Tycho and Rich again.

Even thought the project was small it required coordination with the city to shut off the main line water supply to the home. I recommend Tyco. I hesitated calling them (I think because the hard c in the name which is weird, i know) but i have had them out two separate unrelated times. They gave me a price over the phone, didn't charge a trip fee, were totally reasonably priced, didn't do work that didn't need to be done but was very knowledgeable about professional about the work they did do. These are officially my go to plumbers!

I’m satisfied overall. We had a moderate main water leak in our basement and was mostly impacting our crawl space. It was not an emergency situation so the job was scheduled in about 5-6 days from the initial call. There we no surprise costs - stayed true to the initial estimate. During the job the supervisor was very helpful communicating the procedure and updating me on their progress. It took all day to remove the landscaping, dig next to our foundation, repair the leak, have the city inspect it, and finally put things back the way they were. My only minor complaint was that the dig crew was a bit “messy” trying to put the landscape back to its original status. Dirt was not packed down well forming a noticeable mound and the fabric underneath the rock was exposed in places. Nonetheless, I was happy overall with TYCO and would recommend them to a friend it they experience a similar situation.
