I was very happy with Done Plumbing from begining to completion. When we first called, she very friendly and efficient. Followed up with emails. Our appointment was scheduled for a week out. They ended up coming two days earlier. The plumber was very knowledgeable and friendly. The cost was also very reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend Done!

We Had our sewer line replaced by them, about 40 feet . They Did a professional job and completed everything in a day. Reasonable pricing compared to some of the quotes we got. Recemended to a neighbor and they were also very pleased with thier work .

I deal with a bunch of contract companies. I can not recomend these folks. Tried to over charge my client for repair that was not verified. Verified there WAS not issue by a different reputable company. They charged for a service that was never completed and refused to refund the charge. NEVER SUGGEST USING THEM

The service and quality are outstanding from this company. I had 7 companies at my house to evaluate our leaking boiler and Tony Capra was the only one who worked to fix the problem instead of telling me I needed a new one. This saved a ton of money, but also showed that they care about the customer.

Before they arrived, I was admittedly a bit biased to assume that they might try to think up ways for me to end up paying out a lot of money. My garbage disposal wasn’t working and they showed me the reset button on the bottom of the disposal and another way to adjust it with an Allen wrench after it jams. Not only were they honest about the issue, they also provided me with helpful advice on how to fix it myself in the future!

I am very impressed with the high quality of work Daniel provided me, when I called Roto-Rooter about a Kohler toilet that was leaking. After carefully analyzing the problem, he suggested that a new Standard Toilet would be better, more reliable, and more long-lasting than trying to repair the Kohler. Parts for this Kohler were either unavailable or difficult to find, which made me think that it's obsolete. The brand new Standard, plus installation, wasn't all that more expensive than the repair would have been. Daniel seems to have extensive experience and expertise and I trusted his suggestion. Not only was his work thorough, conscientious, and efficient, I found him to be very personable and enjoyable to work with. Thank you, Daniel!

Had an emergency spicket leek at 7pm and had to shut off all the water. Called and was here 30 minutes later. Did an awesome job, was quick and very friendly and very reasonably priced.

Our water heater went out this past Thursday night. We ran to Home Depot to set up an install because we could use our Home Depot card. Delta mechanical called us at 7:00 Friday morning set up our time windows and took our credit info. Then we waited all day Friday and they Never Showed Up!! We and Home Depot called them multiple times only to find out they were closed for the weekend. Home Depot finally got ahold of someone Saturday morning. We were given another window of time for installation. When that guy finally showed up, it turned out the water heater we had chosen didn't fit our basement. He left to get a different one, returned almost an hour later. Took the rest of the day to install. After all of this the price we were quoted ended up being almost $100 more. The guy himself was pleasant and helpful having no idea what we had been through. We are not thrilled with the company at all! We really hope no one else has to go through this.

I needed help moving a gas line that was preventing us from sliding our new electric range into place. Charles got in touch right away, and continued to coordinate around my schedule despite some annoying requests from me to reschedule. Because of my frequent schedule changes, we ended up with a little confusion about the date to do the work. Nevertheless, Charles got out to the house quickly, knocked out the work in a tight crawl space, and along the way gave me some honest advice about my water heater that saved me money and time. Friendly is certainly a great adjective for this plumbing service and I’ll be using them again the next time I need help.
