The company is very responsive and when they come, they come to fix the problem and to do any necessary testing and evaluating to make sure their repairs are completed thoroughly and correctly. John was extremely professional and friendly. Apparently it was his first day with Drain Terrier but you would never know. He explained everything he was doing and was able to offer a very fair price in replacing our washer hookups. He even noticed a leak in the hot water hose after he was done (unrelated to the main reason I called) and took care of that too. I will definitely use Drain Terrier again for future projects or emergencies.

Kyle saved us thousands by properly & efficiently diagnosing and removing what turned out to be roots clogging our main line. Another company failed to remove all of the roots and then tried to convince us that the line needed to be dug up in order to clear it. Zack showed up on time, placed shoe coverings on prior to entering house, and was professional throughout his service. In addition, Kodiak also came to camera the line after the sewer cleaning. They explained their performance on the line, recommended maintenance procedures for the future, and cleaned up after themselves to ensure the area looks as it did before the work. All was done in about an hour. We would definitely use their services again.

Horrible service. Left my bathroom dirty, didn't review the work with me, the service person just disappeared. They left the water pressure too low and after a month of several contacts, finally returned. When I asked what the water pressure level was the tech replied, I don't know, I don't have a water pressure gauge A plumber who doesn't have a water pressure gauge wants me to guess what water pressure is sufficient?! Follow up to management was useless. I'll pay the bill, but will never use Tony Capra Plumbing again

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !
