Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and a perfectionist!I wish the cost was less but Terry explained the levels of enhanced customer coverage. We choose one and it reduced the cost significantly... Plus, soon we'll call to have our furnace looked at. Overall it was a great experience! I definitely recommend Done!

Drain Terrier has been my plumber since before adopting the name Drain Terrier. Tracy and Gary have done a number of different repairs at my house and are always very responsive, personable, and professional. They are prompt, provide quality service, use quality materials, answer my questions, and teach me. During COVID, I had a leaky pipe. By phone, Tracy quickly walked me through turning off my hot water heater and draining the pipe. He and Gary wore masks, swept up using their own broom, sanitized their hands before entering and upon exiting, and completed the job quickly. Savannah is also prompt and kind in setting up appointments, taking payment, and providing a receipt. This is a company that I trust. I highly recommend Drain Terrier!

These people must have had there friends and family write there reviews. Called them came out less then a week and it was allready backed up again. called them on a sat for there so called emergency service...nothing...no call back or anything. Called someone else. Monday called them still no return call or anything. Dont ever use them or be prepared to call someone else and spend another $300!!!

Keith and Jonathan had looked after my old furnace and a/c for a few years before I had them replace the whole system with hi-efficiently units and added a humidifier and it almost cut my monthly bills in half. It was worth it to keep up the annul maintenance contract that covers Spring and Fall cleaning and tune up, plus they are capable of service/flush my on demand hot water heater and garage door. Always professional, arrive on time or early, and available for emergencies. I would always highly recommend Horizon!

I could not recommend WHE Plumbing any higher - they were courteous, responsive, professional, clean and even willing to do an install late in the evening to fit our schedule. Both teams who came into our house were friendly, wore masks and booties and did a terrific job. Their quote was lower than others and we received white glove service. We were in such good hands. Don't use anyone else.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

On February 15, 2021, the state of Colorado (and half the country) was still trying to manage or recover from artic freezes and sudden thaw. Had a nasty plumbing problem that came up and needed someone same-day to come and fix before my rental guests were checking in. Pete was the dispatcher, he was great. Took care of everything, and did the 'environmental clean-up' afterwards. The place looked brand new by the time he was done. I am eternally grateful!
