Paid a premium price to get video image of roots in sewer line for insurance as well as root cleanout. Never received the video after numerous requests even though I saw an image on his phone. Also cleanout wasn’t performed adequately, said he didn’t have the right equipment and a lot of roots remained as evidenced by another company.

E&J was able to troubleshoot and repair a sewer issue for a pipe connecting from the kitchen to the main. Also shared knowledge on the work that was being done and how the kitchen plumbing functions. Will call E&J for future plumbing work.

Kyle and True Plumbing provided stellar performance to our home bathroom and kitchen project. Kyle provided recommended specifications for approval, purchased all necessary materials, provided all necessary equipment, and was responsible for all maintenance and clean-up of our project. And he is efficient and quick!

The installers did a super good job we’re on time cleaned up everything and took a considerable amount of time teaching us how to operate the furnace, Mat went above all expectations to make sure we werecomfortable with the thermostat and it’s functioning. Gilbert is the absolute man. I called him this evening and he was able to help me out over the phone. He didn't even ask me for any money. Most plumbers would have charged a service fee just to come out, instead he just walked me through something to try and helped me diagnose the problem. Now next time I have a real issue I know exactly who I'm going to call first since I trust him not to rip me off.

First of all, Cap Hill plumbing is certified to work on condos with 15 floors, so that is amazing. When the arctic blast struck and wreaked havoc on my pipes I was frantically calling every plumber in the area; Cap Hill Plumbing came to the rescue! Sasha came through and diagnosed the issue and knew exactly what to do and what parts I needed. As soon as the building could get the water shut off he came back and finished the job. Sasha was thorough, polite, and beyond helpful in getting me the exact replacement part for my tub. He told me how to get the piece from Delta when it wasn't available in the store. I'm so grateful for an experience like this after the craziness of that arctic blast. Thank you Cap Hill Plumbing and thank you Sasha!!

If their driving is any indication they suck.

These people must have had there friends and family write there reviews. Called them came out less then a week and it was allready backed up again. called them on a sat for there so called emergency service...nothing...no call back or anything. Called someone else. Monday called them still no return call or anything. Dont ever use them or be prepared to call someone else and spend another $300!!!

Gres plumbing did I very good job cleaning the main drains of my house. On time and super reliable. I highly recommend this company !!!

I didn't appreciate their bait and switch approach. They told me that the blockage in my drain was not fixable with their equipment and that I needed to do a $3000 excavation and replacement of a section of the cast iron pipe and that it was the only option available to me. Although I agree that would be a better solution, I didn't appreciate them telling me that they couldn't do a more short-term solution like puncturing through the clog or whatever. I asked them directly, and I've had several people come in the past, including someone that did a full water pressure cleaning, so I know it can be done. After they left, I was able to use my drill-powered snake to clear the drain myself. I know its only a temporary solution, but I know they could have done it themselves. It took 10 minutes and was super easy. So I try to assume that people have good intentions, but I think they were lying to me, or at the very least were being dishonest. Although these guys seemed very professional, I wouldn't recommend them for their dishonesty and trying to push people to costly repairs even when they are not required. I understand that businesses need to make money, but treating customers with honesty and giving them ALL the available options is the sign of a business that values integrity.

That all being said, the fact that they could point out to me the exactly location of the blockage was useful information and why I gave them 2 stars instead of just 1.

Had an emergency spicket leek at 7pm and had to shut off all the water. Called and was here 30 minutes later. Did an awesome job, was quick and very friendly and very reasonably priced.
