Service tech replaced water heater pressure relief valve which was done professionally. 3 star rating given because tech parked tall panel van in driveway without first getting permission, subsequently found out later large 3+ inch diameter pine tree branch was broken off. Called Plumbline Services to report such, received apology from receptionist, but no further contact from company.

My boiler was having problems that were persistent and complex. Eventually, Blue Sky sent in the cavalry, also known as Mario De La Cruz, but we call him Super Mario. Mario would not give up and continued to apply all necessary resources to get our boiler operating properly. This boiler was purchased from and installed by Blue Sky five years ago. Since then all service and maintenance has been done by Blue Sky. They stand behind their work and genuinely care about their customers. We really appreciate the help they have given us.

We hired Ruben to take a look at our water heater after we had black water damage. Ruben was quick to respond and quick to take a look at everything. He was half the cost of other big plumbing companies and I felt like he did an even better job than they would have. I dint have to wait to get what I needed and he was flexible with the other contractors. We will be using him again in the future.

I feel very lucky to have landed a same day service call. Shawn called prior to stopping to understand the parts he may need and make the quote process much more efficient. Upon arrival, the team was extremely professional and the work they did was top notch to include making the inspection process simple. Should I need add'l work, Roto-Rooter is top of my list.Andrew

Not sure what happened??
Placing all our trust on the multiple glowing Google reviews we solicited an estimate to install our toilet rough-in, shower plumbing and vanity for our master bathroom update. While the estimate for the work was high (in my opinion based on similar installs we have completed) we went ahead believing that with all the remodeling going on and the shortage of plumbers we had no choice plus the high Google rating.
Now that the work is complete and we have inspected the final install; I am not happy with paying over $3k for what we have received....
1) the toilet rough in was not centered in the designed space.
2) the commercial grade Kohler shower pan drain was left in the box/not installed. Instead we have a cheap shower pan drain.
In my opinion (hopefully) there are better professional licensed plumbers available in Denver; next time I will not return.

The guy that came to do the install was amazing!! Very punctual, took time to explain everything to us & made sure we understood everything before he left! I would recommend going through this company any time!
