We wanted some sprinkler lines moved. These guys didn’t want to do that. So they went looking for other work in my home. Sounds like they were here for about a hour, changed 7 spay nozzles on one zone. Then charged 340 dollars. I do not recommend using this company.

Our technician was Jose G. He showed up right on time. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He listened to our problem, walked the property with me to locate sewer main and got right to work! He worked quickly to resolve our issues. And the cost was so reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and Jose G.

This was the third time we have had Tipping Hat Heat out to our house. The first time they installed two furnaces for us the second time they installed gas lines all around the house for fire pits and barbecue grills. The third time they did extensive electrical work for us we're heating a couple bathrooms that we remodeled. As usual these guys are top notch! They show up on time they do a great job and clean up on the way out!! Very professional work each and every time!! They also come out quickly. We have called other people that are months backed up. But Tipping has the staff to come out when needed! We need to coordinate an electrician with the tile layers in the bathrooms. They came right out and got it ready while the tile guys were here. Awesome company!!!

Dominique and Trace were friendly and professional technician s.Although Dominique was busy training Trace that I never got a clear picture and understanding of the clog sink. He took pictures and gave me a price.As a customer, I work appreciate a little more attentive on the customer than training.Dominique was a little too pushy on this review
