Kathi and Taiwana were both very pleasant on the phone. Kathi got us set up right away with Michael. Michael was out the next day at the expected time. He looked over our situation thoroughly and checked everything out. While there he noticed that the water heater was due to be changed and reminded us of that. He was never pushy and never rude , and easy to get along with. He was knowledgeable and his work was quality work. He was detailed in his explanation of what could be done and gave us many options, indicating the price of each option.He finished the work in 2 days. Explained everything as he went and gave us maintenance instructions. He also cleaned up after himself. We will always call Michael for our plumbing needs now. He was a pleasure to work with. We felt the cost was fair for the scope of the work.

I already posted this review on another site, but I would like to share it here also.My furnace blower motor seized up in the middle of the night. Blue Sky returned my call as soon as the office opened and had a repair tech on the way within 2 hours. Mitchell arrived right on time. He was very professional and friendly. He came prepared with replacement parts and had my furnace heating up the house again in less than an hour. If I need another furnace service in the future I would definitely ask for Mitchell by name and hope he is available. The folks on the phone were also very professional and the price was fair. I opted to go with the family plan so the total cost was $691. That may not be cheap, but I would prefer paying a small premium to ensure the job was done right. Besides, furnace repairs in general aren't cheap. All things considered, I am also confused by all the negative reviews. I intend to hire Blue Sky again when I'm ready to start an upcoming electrical project.

After having renovations done to my bathroom, the heating system stopped working. We have a boiler which needed to be purged and re-piped. Anthony came and assessed what needed to be done and gave me several options as to what he could do for us. We decided to go with his recommendation. He did an excellent job and the re-piping he did in the boiler was beautiful! Now we have heat! The price was on the high side, but considering the work he did, it made sense. Thank you Anthony for a job well done and especially your helpfulness and professionalism!

Mike was extremely helpful with our kitchen line being repaired (under the slab) of the basement. He gave me great confidence in the work being done. He came by as a consultant when our neighbor gave us his contact info. We were already doing the work DIY type but ran into questions and he was so helpful! We appreciate him coming by multiple times just to check on us and give us peace of mind!
