Great local company with amazing attention to detail. We sent a request for a quote and within 24 hours we had an appointment that accommodated our work schedule.

Nate and Max were scheduled for our in home quote and we received confirmation over text prior to the appointment which provided great detail on how to make any changes if necessary. On the day of the appointment we were reminded of the time frame and again prompted to reach out if any changes were necessary.

Before we reached our scheduled time frame Nate provided a courtesy call to confirm the appointment and let me know he and Max would arrive shortly. On arrival I was already impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service provided. Nate and Max greeted me at the door they were both in company uniform, presentable and courteous of our home even wearing boot covers. We briefly discussed work to be completed and they began a survey of our furnace, ducting and where to install an AC unit.

We determined there needed to be an update to our electrical panel to handle the AC unit and Nate provided great detail on that and offered help finding an electrician to complete that work as well.

After that we sat down to discuss our options for our new furnace and AC. Nate provided multiple options which included handouts detailing each system with all specifications. We decided on a few different packages that ranged in price and level of efficiency. We didn’t feel pressured into making a purchase but the honesty and transparency provided by To The T made us feel great about our options. Shortly after our appointment ended we received a quote with multiple options as discussed.

We chose to go with a quote provided by To The T and we could not be more happy with that decision.

On the day of our install the crew called with another courtesy call to confirm our appointment and showed up promptly. Not only did they provide exactly what they promised they were extremely pleasant. Second to none with customer service and professionalism. Big thanks to Nate Kam and Max for doing such a great job with everything!

Billing and scheduling was handled by Jen in their office and she was available to answer all of our questions also providing outstanding customer service.

We came to Colorado to visit family and the air conditioner was not working. We called To the T plumbing and heating. Megan was so friendly and immediately send Nate out to help us. We had an emergency with our water heater on Sunday night. Called To the T and I was sent a free estimate right after I sent pictures. To the T came out the next day and completed the work. Great communication with the 24 hour service line. Megan got me scheduled and dispatched the tech within 24 hours. Great service. Max did a great job with the install. Would defiantly recommend this company. Great experience.

My sump pump was steaming after the downpours and I was worried the pipe was blocked or the motor was breaking down, so I called this company. It is so nice to know a female owns it because when I'm doing house stuff it feels like I could get taken advantage of easily as a young lady corresponding with a mostly male industry... she scheduled me immediately and let me know it would be on the earlier side of the time frame based on what was scheduled before me - so communicative and transparent.
The techs, Max and Barret, were professional, friendly, and helped me plan for what to do if it does breakdown while I'm traveling. They gave me the pricing for a new one ~$750 and didn't pressure me into getting a replacement.
There was a $75 trip fee, which at first did feel like too much money to have someone tell me the pump is old and needs replacing soon, but now I have a great company I will work with again so it paid off.
Love the name and the T shirts. Plus the owner is a teacher like me!!

Our AC was acting up we called got an appointment ASAP. Cam and Caleb were great, super friendly and efficient. Had the parts with them and fixed it same day. So thankful they were able to fix the problem with these high heat temps. Highly recommend

I've used To the T Plumbing for a few projects in my house and once again, they did not disappoint! This morning, Max and Will installed a new water heater in my basement. They were extremely professional, courteous, efficient and easy to work with. They also did an excellent job cleaning up the water that had leaked from my old water heater and were very tidy throughout the installation process and removing my old water heater. I truly appreciated them showing up on time and making quick work of the project as well. To the T Plumbing has always done great work for me and have good financing options as well, I'd highly recommend them!

Kameron was awesome!! He was on time, super efficient, and all around a very nice guy! He gave me the quote to replace the seal on my toilet and it was exactly what I paid when he was finished. (It was less than I anticipated!!) He explained everything he did in detail and he cleaned up afterwards; my bathroom was spotless when he left. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Cam and Nate were very helpful and quick to diagnose the problem with my water heater. They were here within 3 hours of my initial call to get someone to come look, and within 10 minutes of arriving at my home they had the water heater fixed. I utilized To the T Plumbing for grease line/interceptor jetting services that I needed done at a large commercial property. To the T Plumbing was an all around pleasure to work with. They responded in a timely manner, conducted themselves as utmost professionals, did excellent work, and charged a fair price. Their office staff was also professional, courteous, and worked hard to make sure all of our plumbing issues were address. I will happily continue to give To the T all the business I can.

To the T plumbing and heating got me in on the same day, which never happens with the bigger companies. They were also very reasonable on their price. Mac and Dan came in got the job done and we're out in under 30 minutes. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing and heating issues from here on out!

Very responsive when we had a pipe leak. Plumbers came out same day we called; however they had to reschedule to come back the next day with 2 licensed plumbers. Quoted almost $1900 for the repair, but was told if I paid cash or check there was a discount--there was not. After the pipe work was completed and paid for, we were told that they would send a crew out at 8 AM the next morning to clear the pipe. Someone showed up little after 8 without the right equipment, and was saying that the service was not paid for. We were then quoted an additional $875 to clean the drain. After declining offered a discount to $750. Very deceptive in the fact we already paid for a major repair and it was not even fixed completely.

Called another plumber and had the line cleared for $595.

Kameron and Nate were very knowledgeable and competed my tankless water heater service with no issues. They were transparent and explained every part of the process to give me a peace of mind. I would highly recommend To the T for any of your plumbing and heating needs!

The company performed fixing the water leak that came from main line. It was expensive. The workers made a hole in the basement to put through the pipe. The company didn’t seal the hole, where they put the pipe through. That resulted in multiple floodings in the basement throughout the years. We kept asking the worker why is it flooding , if they did or don’t do something, to which they kept saying, everything was fine and that it needs more dirt in the spot. We finally had to go and when we took off the drywall and all we saw the hole unsealed. It cost so many repairs from flooding in the basement. I do not recommend this company.

Excellent service was provided by Kam and Kalob! Our AC unit went out, Kam and Kalob completed full troubleshooting, fixed few issues and explained everything in simple terms. Very professional, knowledgeable and great to work with! I highly recommend reaching out to them any time you have any HVAC related issues.

Max came out and was very friendly and professional. He helped get our water leak fixed and repaired it in a timely manner. I would use him and this company again for other repairs if needed.

I have used To the T several times and they never fail me. They first came out to fix my toilet due to a loose water line that flooded my house. I haven’t had an issue with the toilet for now 2 years. I had them come out again and install a humidifier and a Remo Halo during COVID. Amazing install. The last time I use To the T I had a clog in my kitchen sink and they came out same day and Kameron and Steven were such great guys. Thank you To the T. Highly recommend!!!

Max and Will stopped by to diagnose a leak from my dishwasher. They were super prompt, helpful and friendly. Not only did they find the source of the leak, but once they realized it was an appliance issue rather than a plumbing issue, they told me who I should seek out for that kind of fix. They worked quickly to diagnose and even though they couldn’t solve the issue, they helped me figure out who could. I would definitely call them again to help with a plumbing problem. Max did an amazing job repairing a pipe that had burst during record-breaking cold and also replaced an outside faucet. He also repaired my gas logs which hadn't worked in years. He was happy to explain everything he was doing, and got the work done quickly. I'll definitely call To the T with any future issues.

Personally, I would recommend 10 STARS for this company!!! I called the office on a Sunday with a sewer backup in the basement and left a message about needing HELP! Megan the owner called me back within the hour and we had an appt. set up for Monday morning. Nate and Kameron communicated to the T and showed up right when they said they would. On time, super personable, professional, prepared and extremely efficient. They had the sewer line unclogged and a new copper pipe on the leaking, old plumbing that was in the ceiling of the bathroom (with just a very small place to access)- all repaired within 2 hours. AND they left the areas cleaner than they were before they started!!! I mean these Guys are Really, Really Good. And as if all this wasn't enough- they are priced beyond fair and right, especially for their quality of work. Thanks again Team To the T!!!

When another company quoted me $9000+ for a new tank water heater install, I immediately called these guys for a second opinion.

Without even asking for a dime, they gave me much more reasonable quote of 3,000$ for install, the added code required expansion tank, and a 10 year warranty. They were at my house in under an hour to do a walk through, and did the below work the next day in under 2 hours.

When they were working, they identified a 2 broken pipes that the 9000$+ gentleman didn't even see, and fixed those. They also blew out my sprinkler system for the year, advised me on how to use it as a new home owner, and answered the slew of questions I had about everything + they gave tips on other pieces of the plumbing in my house.

At the end of it all, when I tried to tip them, they absolutely refused, saying they didn't need it and that they pride themselves on sticking to the quoted price.

They were fast, genuine, and honest about their work. Overall, can say they did a stellar job, and I will be using their services again.

Both the technician staff (William, Kam, and Nate) and office staff (Megan) were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They came out the next day after my call to diagnose my non-functioning furnace, and within 2 days, it was repaired. They documented and explained what they found, suggested a course of action, and provided info during the repairs.

They are not the cheapest service around, but I'm very happy that I called them. I trust that my system was repaired correctly, and if any issue arises, that they will be back promptly to correct it. Furnaces and HVAC are critical systems in a house; I believe that I chose wisely to employ their services.

Nate at To the T is a miracle worker! We had a project of downsizing our fireplace recently and knew there might be an issue once we opened up the wall. Sure enough, we had plumbing and hvac vents that needed to be moved over about 2-3 feet into a VERY tight space and then redirected to our basement plumbing! Somehow Nate did it and helped to keep our remodel project on time! On top of that, we discovered an unrelated kitchen pipe that burst in the middle of the project and Nate came to the rescue again! To the T came out for about 6 months after the install to make sure my water softener system was working and softening our water properly. In July, they replaced our 20 year old AC/ HVAC and put in a halo system. They walked my husband and I through the entire system and made sure we understood how to work everything. Incredible company, after the past two weeks I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Our AC went out the Friday before 4th of July weekend and they reached responded to my message on Saturday and scheduled a visit for Monday. Nate was super friendly and was able to replace the part and get us back in the cool in no time. Yesterday (the next Friday) our furnace started making an awful noise, so we called To a Tee and Nate made it out on a Saturday and was able to fix our furnace's blower motor. As great as Nate is we are hoping we won't see him again next week, but if we ever have another problem they will be our first and only call.

What a team of hard working man these to gentlemen worked 7 hours in a small crawl space to replace a ac and furnace in 94 degree heat. There work was very professional and they put down plastic to protect our carpet. MAX AND WILL will be the first I call for any services for my house.

The process of working with them is so easy, staying in touch via text was great. Stephen was really nice and helpful. Fortunately our 23 yr old furnace required a minor fix. Nice that they didn’t try to up sell us. We will definitely be calling them back! Highly recommend!

The tech came out and was very easy to work with. Had an issue with a part that he needed and didn't have on his truck. Bit went out of his way to find from a local vendor, I think it was Home Depot, and was able to finish the job on time and below the original estimate. By the way the person who scheduled my service, I think her name was Camilla?, Was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. In this day and time it was refreshing to get good service on the phone.

5 stars for To The T from us. We have used To The T for plumbing issues twice now and both times have been exceptional. The first time we called them, our air conditioner broke. Nate responded later that afternoon and when he could not fix the issue he gave us the number of another trusted handyman who was able to fix the issue. No charge from To the T. The second time was for a water softener which broke and flooded our basement. We called the company to see if they could fix the softener and they could not. They gave us a quote of $3,500 to install a new one. We called To the T for a second opinion as that quote sounded high. Nate responded in less than half an hour and quoted $1,200 less for the exact same softener and installation. On replacement day Nate and his team arrived on time and got the work done efficiently. They were very knowledgeable and respectful of our home, wearing shoe protectors and caring for our walls and furniture as they installed the new softener and removed the old one. We will never call a different plumber again as To The T has proved to be loyal, honest, and caring. We are lucky to have such a good company in service.

We are so thankful for Nate and his wife Megan! They dropped everything on Saturday morning when we contacted them. We discovered our carpet was wet and it turned out to be our hot water heater had broken and leaked everywhere. They came right away, fixed the leak and restored our hot water. On a Friday, our 12 yr old water heater just quit heating the water. No leaks or busted lines. There was a separate box on the old water heater that kept blinking Lock. Contacted the 800# for the water heater and after going through the override process, it was determined a technician was required.
I contacted my home warranty company on Sunday and they dispatched To A T Plumbing. Nate and Kameron came out on Monday, looked the unit over and said they would submit their report to the warranty company.
I found no fault with To A T Plumbing. Camilla in the office did everything possible to get the warranty company to approve the removal of my dead water heater and installation of a new unit.
As cold showers and a sink full of dishes were getting out of hand, we went ahead and had To A T 8nstall a new water heater. I will deal with the warranty company separately.
Steve came out on Wednesday morning and began uninstalling our old unit. He was very re-assuring that getting the old unit out of our cramped laundry room would be no problem. And he was right!
The new Bradford White unit was installed and within
a couple of hours and we had hot water by late afternoon. It works great and I am so pleased with the professionalism and response of To A Team Plumbing. A great team. And they are very tech savvy and on top of the whole situation. They know what they are doing. Customer Care and Service is Job 1 with them.

We recently used To the T for a new furnace and AC install.

The builders and initial owners of home failed to put an appropriately sized system into our home when it was built. Which meant that our AC unit ran constantly. Literally it never shut off.

Trying to find a plumber is equivalent to going to the dentist for me (anxiety-producing). I had a leak occur in the middle of the night and initially went with another company because they were the first to answer a call to help me understand that the leak could wait until the morning. When the plumber came out, he shut off the main water from the street and quoted a fair price. He recommended additional work that I wasn’t sure needed to be done. I also felt uncomfortable around him. He left my bathtub a mess, tracked in mud and dirt, it felt chaotic, and he wasn’t paying attention to details. I preferred to go without water to the house to obtain a second opinion.

That very same day, To The T Plumbing sent Kameron to assess the situation at their end of the day. Immediately I knew I was in good hands with Kameron. His demeanor, professionalism, he was careful not to track anything in the house, and more. He also did not believe that I needed to replace the other part initially quoted by the other company. He said he preferred to fix the immediate issue and then check if there was anything wrong in the other area, which ended up not needing to be replaced, saving me $475.

We had a pipe in our basement ceiling that kept getting pin hole leaks. We have had a plumber come out and repair them and its cost me about $300 each time. This was the 4th time, and I chose to find someone new. I called To the T and they were super friendly and got someone out here the same morning. the guys were polite and friendly and early! they came out, talked to us about what could be causing the issue to occur in the same pipe and recommended we replace it with a non-copper pipe to prvent the issue from happening so we wouldnt have to keep doing this over and over. They quickly replaced the pipe, were neat with their work and we are doing great! Additionally they showed us how the water in our area was causing some build up due to minerals etc and recommended a water softener. The gentleman told me I'm not trying to upsell you, you do not have to get this, but it can help with some problems down the road so just let us know.
I would definitely use these guys again! If you are looking through reviews like I do, look no further and go with them. I feel the pricing was on point and they went with a solution that would not have them coming back out again and again (unlike the other plumber we had).

We smelled gas fumes in our home. We called the local fire department and asked them to inspect our home for any possible leaks. They found no leaks. We still smelled gas; this time we called a fireplace expert to come and inspect our fireplace because the fumes were sometimes emanating from the fireplace area (as well as the basement area). He found no leak either, but we still smelled gas. Based on a recommendation from a neighbor, I called Nate at To the T Plumbing and Heating. Guess what? Not only was Applewood rude and late, their quote was 4X higher than To the T. I live in a condo and the AC units are on the roof. To the T was able to lift the unit on to the roof through the roof access door. Applewood insisted it would need to be craned up, hence the high estimate.

Bottom line: To the T Plumbing & Heating was on time, honest, professional, and competitively priced.

Side note: I got a free face mask!
