We had water leak in the basement from the main water line into the home. The crew from King Rooter & Plumbing (Al and his crew) did a fantastic job of digging through the yard, pulling the old pipe out and putting in a new copper pipe for the water. They had to drill through the concrete in the basement and the crew did an awesome job of fixing the pipes and concrete. They cleaned up the yard and the basement really well after the job. Would highly recommend them. Their price was reasonable.

2 man Crew arrived on time.9:am and completed at 5:30pm.Quality of work was great and we have no inclination to give an unfavorable report.The only hiccup was being charged an extra $375 to add a new surge protector while completing the electrical panel move. I believe this should have been noticed and included in the total cost since they knew they had to move the panel.Both crew members were very professional and polite. We have utilized Plumbline MANY times in the past and always come back to them and we have recommended this company to many friends.

I haven’t hired this company but never would after a VERY unprofessional experience with one of their drivers this morning. Not only was the bed of his truck a mess with a ladder just thrown in on top of everything (and didn’t appear to be secured down) after I passed him and safely moved in front (after he tried not to let me by continuing to speed up), he had the audacity to flip me off and give several other gestures when a car quickly pulled in front of me trying to pass another car and I had to hit my breaks. I’m sure he was upset that he had to break but hitting the breaks for me is a much better option than a multi car crash which is what would have happened if I didn’t break and with how closely he was on my back bumper. Then when I finally turned and he passed me I was so kindly flipped off again. Way to be a professional! So glad I was intrigued by the company name on the side of his truck so I can warn others to beware of what kind of rude people will come to their home if they hire this company!

Carlos was fantastic!! He had some incredibly challenging work with fixing totally corroded, leaking, galvanized pipes. It was very, very tough just to separate the 100%++ rusted pipes from each other. He is a very hard worker and wanted to make sure that we were happy with the job. We were very grateful that Plumbers Near Me scheduled us so quickly and that they sent Carlos.👍 Thanks a Million to Carlos and PNM!!😊🙏

Beginning with my initial phone call to their office on a Saturday morning, to the same-day installation of our new water heater, the company was a pleasure to work with.
Jose was our plumber and he did an excellent job! He was pleasant and professional from the moment he came into our home. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and was very knowledgeable with the current Codes and helpful in explaining all our repair options which he showed in writing before starting. He assured me that he would be able to complete the project in a few hours which he did which meant we were still able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. He was respectful of our home and kept it and his work area clean. He even spent time after the initial project to go over some other questions and concerns I had regarding other plumbing areas in our home. Should we decide to go forward with any of those other projects, we’ll look to High 5 first for pricing and if we choose High 5, I’ll definitely ask if Jose is available to do the work!

Proactive Sewer is the best sewer company around! I will never use anybody else for my sewer problems. Whenever I call in, the receptionist is so sweet and helpful and answers my many questions and goes over the initial pricing with me. Moises is always so kind when he comes out to our house, and he is so professional. When we first bought the house, we were told we would need to replace part of the sewer line. We had Proactive Sewer come out to give us a 2nd opinion, and Moises was so honest ad upfront and told us that our sewer line looked great after doing a scope. He saved us thousands of dollars with his honesty and it reflected on the company so well! Absolutely love and appreciate this company.

I worked for this business, back when I was an apprentice and learning the trade. I wasn’t the smartest plumber, but I was honest. That’s something I can genuinely not say for this company. Along with asking me to put dry concrete mix into a sewer line, there were other dirty tactics that Alphonso and Connor would utilize to try and sell something. I’m writing this review a SECOND time because I hope at least one person will read this and use another plumbing service. This company is no good
