I truly appreciate Spartan plumbing. Randy showed up and did a free estimate on repair of a gas pipe and new installation of a water heater. The day of install Randy was unable to make it however the company did get me a new technician Jeff and he did an amazing job! He even showed up the next day to do some small minor adjustments at our request. This company actually stuck to the quote and there were no big surprises at the end which we are thankful for! Jake H. did a great job for us unclogging a really difficult clog pretty far down in our kitchen drain. But I can only give three stars because it was SO expensive and because no one showed up the first time we scheduled. I had to call several times to reschedule.

José was prompt, courteous, and pleasant. He did a thorough job to clear our kitchen sink clog. He also left our place clean.

This is one the most professional service calls I've ever had. I had a pump go out in my furnace and they were able to come out emergently and fix it quickly and inexpensively. Beginning with my initial phone call to their office on a Saturday morning, to the same-day installation of our new water heater, the company was a pleasure to work with.
Jose was our plumber and he did an excellent job! He was pleasant and professional from the moment he came into our home. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and was very knowledgeable with the current Codes and helpful in explaining all our repair options which he showed in writing before starting. He assured me that he would be able to complete the project in a few hours which he did which meant we were still able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. He was respectful of our home and kept it and his work area clean. He even spent time after the initial project to go over some other questions and concerns I had regarding other plumbing areas in our home. Should we decide to go forward with any of those other projects, we’ll look to High 5 first for pricing and if we choose High 5, I’ll definitely ask if Jose is available to do the work!

Proactive Sewer is the best sewer company around! I will never use anybody else for my sewer problems. Whenever I call in, the receptionist is so sweet and helpful and answers my many questions and goes over the initial pricing with me. Moises is always so kind when he comes out to our house, and he is so professional. When we first bought the house, we were told we would need to replace part of the sewer line. We had Proactive Sewer come out to give us a 2nd opinion, and Moises was so honest ad upfront and told us that our sewer line looked great after doing a scope. He saved us thousands of dollars with his honesty and it reflected on the company so well! Absolutely love and appreciate this company.

Flow-Rite gets an A+ for service and I highly recommend them. From installation to a new water heater (a tough job considering the horrible location in my crawl space), to fixing a broken pipe to a minor water heater repair (an issue caused by unrelated flooding), Ruben and his crew have always taken great care of our plumbing needs- and at a more than reasonable price!

I hired this company to perform a sewer line clean out and scope. They arrived 6 HOURS LATE!! They were there for 2 hours and the technician was unable to complete the scope and he was also unable to explain why. I was billed more than double of what the website said the fee would be. I would never use them again!
