Chris Vogt (0962) came out same day and took care of us. He was quick, very nice, professional, and did a great job clearing the main line and checking to make sure everything was running clear afterwords. He told me everything he was doing and answered all questions I had, all while keeping a smile on his face as he lugged that big machine up and down the stairs. He was great and I’m couldn’t be more happy with the service.

Howard went in and looked at a potential drain issue for our slow draining sink. Worked through different options and came to a conclusion that needed a deeper look. Ricky came by and was just as helpful. Super friendly, insightful, and showed me exactly what they were looking at. Gave me a lot of good info for the future. Definitely would recommend and will use for all future home issues.

Staff is great. Quality of work is wonderful.

Needed a new sink, faucet, and soap dispenser installed. Called on a Saturday morning and Justin arrived within hours. Went from a two drain to single drain with garbage disposal moved to new drain. Lots of glued plastic piping with nothing but connections and no screwed connections. Justin did an amazing job helping explain everything that needed to happen and what he was doing throughout the process. He proved several options every step of the way. He was extremely patient and friendly the entire 5-6 hours he was here. There were a few unexpected issues and he handled them extremely professionally. He went above and beyond to do some final touches to bring it all together. Very pleased with the final result! Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for all future plumbing needs!

Proactive Sewer is the best sewer company around! I will never use anybody else for my sewer problems. Whenever I call in, the receptionist is so sweet and helpful and answers my many questions and goes over the initial pricing with me. Moises is always so kind when he comes out to our house, and he is so professional. When we first bought the house, we were told we would need to replace part of the sewer line. We had Proactive Sewer come out to give us a 2nd opinion, and Moises was so honest ad upfront and told us that our sewer line looked great after doing a scope. He saved us thousands of dollars with his honesty and it reflected on the company so well! Absolutely love and appreciate this company.

Took over 3 months for an Emergency to be rectified.
Scam artists. The main issue was an ‘Emergency Call’ for the drain from the kitchen and then got expanded to a complete main drain replacement/repair… there was never a temporary line run from the kitchen, leaving it unusable. Charged extra for dirt that was never removed, didn’t get proper certification for work done which meant it had to be done twice. Temporary line was never put together properly causing sewage to flood into the pit. Their excavator drivers each hit at least one item on the property, the biggest of which was an underground water, data and electrical bundle (see photo).

Incredibly professional plumber who does great work!

Michael and his trainee (I feel so bad I didn't catch his name!) were very nice guys. They came earlier than expected but I was called to ask if this was okay, which was great! They really helped me out and went above and beyond for my wife and I. They met and exceeded expectations and helped us solve our problem long term. This is why I will keep coming back to Roto Rooter! (Last time they came out to help me they were really awesome too! )
