Best Trenchless Sewer Repair in Denver CO

Eh. They quoted $1400 (blockage) - $20,000 (possible collapsed pipe under the road). My roommate bought a $70 tool online and cleared the blockage in 20 mins. Three stars for showing exactly where the problem was and because they were very polite.

Erick is a man of his word. He went above the norm to replace my sewer line including a couple trips after the work was done to help on the sprinkler system. I highly recommend him.

Our work was completed a few days ago and I think I can safely say everything went exceedingly well. We had a very unfortunate leak in our main water service line and our house is quite old with some (likely) original piping, making our job pretty complex. No other companies really offered a solution that seemed reasonable, besides Hyper Flow. I had several plumbers out to give ideas and quotes (anyone with good reviews!). Kyle was also one of the few who seemed to simply provide information and didn't seem like he was trying to scare us into spending more money or doing more work. Kyle provided great explanations of what would happen, what our options were, why other options weren't feasible, and answered questions really clearly. I felt like I was in good hands, as you could see how methodical and organized he was in his approach. We had some scuffs on our walls, etc after the work was complete but our living room was jackhammered through and basically a construction zone, so I'm not sure that could've been avoided. They also worked on our house for about 12 hours to have everything complete in one day, which I feel like was really an extra step, instead of coming back a second day. I feel pretty thrilled to have found a reliable plumber. I will definitely recommend to others and contact them first for anything else we need.

We have an old house so you never know what you are going to find sometimes. John came and got our new faucet installed (which involved a new sink, bad dimensions, bad parts from Home Depot, etc.) and stayed on the job until everything was working properly. We have used King Rooter before for other plumbing work and have always been very happy.

There was no charge to check out what the issue is unlike every other company I called. I was offered a free way to resolve my issue temporarily & also a permanent fix. I went with the permanent fix and didn’t feel like I got taken for a ride on the cost.

Proactive Sewer is the best sewer company around! I will never use anybody else for my sewer problems. Whenever I call in, the receptionist is so sweet and helpful and answers my many questions and goes over the initial pricing with me. Moises is always so kind when he comes out to our house, and he is so professional. When we first bought the house, we were told we would need to replace part of the sewer line. We had Proactive Sewer come out to give us a 2nd opinion, and Moises was so honest ad upfront and told us that our sewer line looked great after doing a scope. He saved us thousands of dollars with his honesty and it reflected on the company so well! Absolutely love and appreciate this company.

Very professional and friendly. Josh explained everything, showed me damage from previous plumber and took photos so I could submit to insurance for repair. He even cleaned my floor of stains I couldn't get out - awesome job!

Truly awful service and Austin flaked out on my job. Avoid at all costs.

They first bid a simple shower valve replacement at $284 plus materials and then as they flaked on job morning they were suppose to arrive, told me how they underbid it and gave me a lame excuse about their truck breaking. But I should just hang on and see if they could make it later in day. When I texted again I've since been completely ghosted. I wound up learning to solder copper pipe just so my tile guy could work. You're fired.

Major project, over Christmas and NY holiday break and they remained dedicated to fixing our problem.
