Called 5 different plumbers (yes 5 others passed on the job) on a Friday afternoon while visiting Denver and E&J was the first one to have a human answer instead of an automated answering service like all the others. Was very relieved when after LESS than a minute on the phone he said to text him the address and he'd be there within the hour (thank god bec we needed a plumber quick haha) he showed up very quick and got right to work! Super friendly guy and very reasonably priced. Would 100% use for any future plumbing needs if we lived in the area! He is your guy!!! Thank you again!!

Very rude guy... I called in offering marketing services. I realize it can be annoying to get a cold call in the middle of a busy day- but No thank you Im not interested would be preferable to getting shouted at, cussed out, and hung up on. Especially since I only asked one time very friendly.

Eric from King Rooter Plumbing was awesome. Everything was super professional, from making an appointment, to the reminder calls, to the service call itself. The fixed our leak, replaced to sinks and installed new lines under the sink. I highly recommend them. Great work!!!

Jake H. did a great job for us unclogging a really difficult clog pretty far down in our kitchen drain. But I can only give three stars because it was SO expensive and because no one showed up the first time we scheduled. I had to call several times to reschedule.

They called to reschedule my hvac tech 20 min after he was supposed to arrive. I had also scheduled a plumber. The plumber quoted me a hefty amount for a simple job and I found another company that's doing it for half the price of the quote. I had scheduled with Swan because of the low fee for an estimate and good reviews but it was just too expensive.

Marcus and Lamar were great! I will be using Befort for all my hvac and plumbing needs.

Proactive Sewer and Drain were awesome to work with. I had a break in my sewer line that I needed to get fixed. Not only was Proactive able to give me a fair and reasonable quote (that was $2k under what other companies gave me for a smaller fix), but they also were upfront with me as to what the cost would be if I ended up having to replace the entire sewer line (as opposed to other companies that purposely left that open ended).

At the end of the day, if you want quality work at fair prices, with transparent and super respectful folks, trust Proactive!!

Ask for second opinion!!
I had a clog on my second line, they came quickly (on Saturday) and fix it. Then, using a scope I was told that my pipes had cracks, holes and it was in a very bad shape suggesting a 10 ft replacement. The quote was for $4,267.89.
I had another person to check for second opinion and I was shown that there were no cracks or holes and THERE WAS NO NEED TO FIX/REPLACE ANYTHING !!! Ask for second opinion if they tell you you need to replace anything!!!!

Mr Rooter has professional Techs and Professional services - Also has a fast response time on service calls. I had my Garbage disposal replaced by mr rooter after it stopped working and i could not get it to work. A ++
