I had a plumbing issue: my backyard spigot rusted, and the water would not turn off. I called Hyper Flow, and Kyle scheduled work on my house for a two hour period later in the day, despite the fact that it was a Sunday and Mother’s Day! Manuel came out and offered an honest appraisal of the job, including a worst-case scenario. Turns out the job was less complicated, and the spigot was replaced no problem, with less cost than originally estimated. Honest, polite, respectful (wore a face mask), and kept me appraised of the work he was doing the whole time. I would use Hyper Flow again and I’m writing this review with my recommendation. Alex is the man! We needed an anode rod replaced in our water heater (which the previous owners were several years overdue for), and another plumber couldn't manually pry the nut loose. Alex came out with his impact wrench and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He has invested in having the right tools, even when they're more expensive, and he knows how to use them. We have a new go-to plumber! Definitely will call again for future needs.

We have had plumbers from Spartan come out to our older condo several times to fix or diagnose various issues. Both Randy and TJ have been extremely professional. They have gone above and beyond; in one case even checking with a neighbor to find the source. They have been more than fair with pricing. We would certainly hire them again. (And our dog likes them.)

Recently they sent K.C. and Sam out; our sink drain was clogged and it was backing up into our dishwasher. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it promptly.

Got in touch with Defense to replace a leaking pipe that had eroded behind my kitchen wall. Jordan was extremely professional, friendly and straight forward. Got straight to work, kept the house extremely clean and even re-did some old, still functional drain pipes to bring them up to code. Finished product is very clean and tidy and functions perfectly with no leaks. Communication was also excellent throughout the whole process.
