This is the third time we have used Tipping hat. In each experience, there was excellent communication and professional service.We are remodeling and Ricky did a couple of jobs for us. We had a two basin sink and reduced to one on the kitchen. He completely opened up the left side of our cabinet for storage. He also had to relocate our water lines in the powder room. He went the extra mile and had a single charge, even though he had to make an extra trip.Here are some before and after shots of the powder room. We started with a pedestal and now have the vanity.

Hyper flow came out within a few hours of our call, we had a leak in our kitchen sink that was potentially going to our basement. They were super responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Great place to work

Absolute worst customer service ever!! I was never kept informed of the progress of my job. I had to keep calling to get updates. I was given dates and times of work to be done and NOTHING was done when I was told it would be done. The guy taking out my old tub showed up very late and then put the tub in my yard and told me his truck was full and that he would be back the next day to pick it up for disposal. It sat in my yard for 3 weeks until we finally had to dispose of it ourselves!! After many phone calls and promises that it would be done! Lost total trust in this company and Tony's word, decided to go with someone else to do install. Then when I ran into problems with install because of the jet tub I bought from Tony he refused to help us finish this mess!!! Hope I can save someone from our nightmare!!!

I've been using Horizon for over 6 years now and I've been extremely pleased with their service. We are on their maintenance plan so that they service our home twice a year. They do excellent job in keeping everything running in top capacity for our home.

Had a nasty plumbing problem that came up and needed someone same-day to come and fix before my rental guests were checking in. Pete was the dispatcher, he was great. Took care of everything, and did the 'environmental clean-up' afterwards. The place looked brand new by the time he was done. I am eternally grateful!

Finding a plumber who will be straight forward about pricing with you is so hard to find. IPC was different from the rest and quoted me a good rate before they came. Other plumbers will come and either quote a ridiculous amount or charge for the visit itself. IPC was friendly and on time. I will definitely be using them again for any plumbing issues I have.
