Let me just start with that we had serious predicament on our hands. We tried atleast 6 or 7 different 24/7 plumbers and this company pulled through BIG TIME. Nicholas was very professional and will be my plumber for as long as I live in Denver. Very knowledgeable and respectful. I am definitely reccomending Gold Leaf and Nicholas.

Angel Odinsson was beyond fantastic! He came to look at a smell omitting from my basement bathroom. Found the source and plugged it. He was honest, professional and went above and beyond anything I expected. I have always been a bit leary of using large companies but he completely changed my opinion of Roto Rooter. Okay, let's be honest nobody wants to have their drains cleaned. But, I have to admit, this experience was very pleasurable. Our technicians name was Jake H. He was extremely competent, attentive, clean, and had a good sense of humor which when you're going through something like this is very important. He made sure that are drain was cleaned properly and well. Explain to us why it happens and how it happens and what to look out for in the future. Bruce is amazing! We had an emergency where all the house water was backing up into our basement living areas through the drains. I called Bruce on a friends recommendation and I do not regret it! He stayed in communication with me as schedules changed with his people and service times and cleaned out our lines with ease. He also tested the lines to make sure the line was clean and we were not having further issues. My house is full of workers that do very dirty jobs and we cannot be without the shower or washers, I was surprised when Bruce said he could have someone out same day and Super appreciate that he himself was the one to tackle the issues. Even more so that it was at a price I could afford! Thank you for saving my day and for making me laugh when my world was crashing down! You’re a hero!

I have used JD's many times over the last couple of decades. Everytime it has been a wonderful experience. Adam has been our technician for several of these jobs. He is very pleasant to have in my house and very thorough on whatever job he is working on each time. I highly recommend JD's company to handle all plumbing/HVAC needs.

I called the owner who listened to my water heater problems and we decided a new heater was needed. He was able to send a plumber on Saturday to install it but when his plumber got here, he noticed another part which he suspected may be the culprit. He could’ve kept this from me and proceeded to install the new heater for 7x the cost of replacing these parts but had this guy had the integrity to shoot straight instead. When done there was a small leak which he had to make a trip to get special parts for, yet didn’t charge more for this extra hour of work on a Saturday. Very happy!

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
