Thomas is amazing! After we found out our sink drain had been leaking we called around to several plumbers to get quotes and see what was needed for repairs. Thomas was able to come out that day and give us an idea as to what we were looking at! He made more recommendations then any of the other plumbers and was more detailed. At this time we also decide to move our laundry feed lines from under our floor joist into the the floor joist so we could sheetrock our ceiling and put in can lights. He gave us a quote for each job and when compared to the other quotes not only was he cheaper but he also was the most detailed. It was a no brainer choice at that point. He was able to fit us in right away and got the work done in about half a day. He was very professional and does quick detailed oriented work. I would recommend him to everyone! Out of the 15 plumbers we had come give us inspections he was the quickest to respond, gave us the lowest quote and was the most through work. The installer definitely had his hands full but Zane was one of the most polite and friendly people that I've met in the industry, and also didn't mind my goofy dog. He was very communicative and reliable when it came to getting the major stuff done quickly and came back to ensure that the job was still up to standards if he was unable to finish each day (there were a few surprises with my old house). There were no additions to the cost throughout the whole process either. I would definitely recommend SWAN for your next home plumbing or hvac project.

I called to get my furnace checked out before the cold weather hits. Lamar came out and tested everything, cleaned up the flame sensor, and checked the filter to make sure everything is in good working order. Arrived on time and did what was promised.

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
