Pete and JT did an excellent job. I called in for some work and they were here in less than an hour. They fully explained everything they were going to do and gave me tips along the way. They had it fixed and wrapped up in less than an hour. They were also very careful and respectful of my house. They also took time to clean up when they were finished. Highly recommend.

I had two guys come over within an hour of my call and they were great! Fast and courteous and made sure I was happy with their cleanup before packing up their stuff. I also liked that they used the protective slippers to keep my floors clean. Super job and way cheaper than another local company. Thanks guys!

Great guy who was very helpful right from the start. Was able to give us sound advice just by looking at some pics we sent him via text to diagnose the emergency we were having (city water meter failed, flooding our basement). After he helped get that taken care of, he came out later in the week to install a wifi shutoff and replace a leaky manual shutoff. Great experience and will definitely use again.

I had the pleasure of Cesar from Tipping Hat servicing our electrical needs. We had three concerns. Two he was able to fix faster than we expected, the third he was able to educate us on how power is routed through the house and that we didn’t need anything done for the third. I recently just bought my first home and over the course of a month I spent every waking hour doing some home renovations and cosmetic details to get it ready to move into. Once I finally got moved in I needed to do laundry pretty badly. However, much to any homeowners dismay, it turns out the pipe used to drain my washer was not draining for whatever reason and I walked into my laundry room to discover a miniature Old Faithful unleashing water everywhere. Exhausted from all the work I had done the month prior to moving in and disappointed I could not do laundry, I asked the ever so informative Facebook world for plumber recommendations. It was overwhelming how many people recommended Ruben and Flowrite Plumbing. Ruben was so understanding, reassuring and willing to help. I was able to schedule an appointment for a few short days later. His team showed up on time and worked so fast at assessing the issue. I don't think I could even do a load in the wash in the amount of time they were here. They explained the problem and showed me what they had to do to repair it. They even crawled under my house into the crawl space several times to access some of the plumbing, which you couldn't pay me to do. When the job was done, they wiped up the mess and even swept the area clean. The pride, respect and diligence Ruben's team has for their clients and the job they're working on is one that any company should take notice of. I absolutely recommend them and can rest easy if I ever run into anymore plumbing issues, knowing I have their number.

I needed to replace the water heater due to a leak, which had spread to the carpeted area in the basement. WHE Plumbing was at my home within 2 hours of my call. Robert (#0234) and Scott (#5927) were awesome! They talked and walked me through everything making sure I understood what was to be done. They were professional and also personable. They triple checked everything before they left. I had been dealing with a leak for over a year and Robert and Scott were the first to fix the leak after 5 plumbers showed and never returned. So thankful for these two!!!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Had a leak several leaks in basement late Sunday night. Sean came over at about 9 and took care of the issue. Very friendly and professional, highly recommend.
