Really recommend this company!! luis and his people helped me with my broken sewer pipe. They gave me a really great price they were very carefull with my yard and left it clean and neat except they don’t replace sod but after all very satisfied!

If you are going to charge $700 to unclog a drain, please take more than 50 minutes to do it so I feel like I'm getting my money's worth.I was expecting to spend between $300-500 and received quite the shock with the $740 bill and feel pretty gouged. Service was fine and professional, just not sure who else in society is billing $700/hour these days.I would recommend finding a different service provider.

We had two great experiences with Prime Plumbing & Heating in 2022. Our water heater went out in January one night and we put in a request through Angi. By the next morning we had contact with them just after 7 am and someone at our home to diagnose the problem before 10 am. Amazing! Brian did a great job replacing the water heater that day.

In December, our furnace started having issues, so we reached out to them again. Nate was able to come out same day and diagnose the problem. While we may need a new unit sometime soon, he was able to replace a part to keep us going with the current one for now.

I’ve had True Plumbing replace my hot water heater and do a repair on that same water heater free of charge as it was the fault of the water heater manufacturer. Great plumber, highly recommend!

I needed a new furnace and water heater. They said they would have the furnace done on Tuesday before the snowstorm. They put a rush on the water heater and also got it installed the same day. Had a nasty plumbing problem that came up and needed someone same-day to come and fix before my rental guests were checking in. Pete was the dispatcher, he was great. Took care of everything, and did the 'environmental clean-up' afterwards. The place looked brand new by the time he was done. I am eternally grateful!
