Best Sewer Line Services in Denver CO

They are currently 3 hours late for an appointment I made 6 days ago. They started on an issue for us three weeks ago had to stop for clean up after that was done we made the appointment and even after being with no plumbing for 2 weeks they put us a week out now aren't here for the appointment and are unreachable. If you have a true emergency I would not recommend them.

Luis did a great job clearing out the tree roots from my main line that was causing a back up . Very clean highly recomend this company.

The original appointment was not met. I booked it with them, they dropped the ball. The second appointment, I tried to confirm via text, no reply. Finally I called that morning to confirm. I had the first appointment, he would be there at 9. At 9:10 I had to call back, I was then told it is a window from 9 to 10. 9:45 arrival. When he looked at the pipes, he had to go out to get the correct shut off valves. He did not have them with him. For 15 minutes of work, I was not fond of the price, but what can you do? It would be better for up front pricing. Changing a shut off valve costs this much. Communication and Customer Service is key. They need to get that part fixed.

The process of replacing the water heater in our church went smoothly. Many thanks to the Prime crew.

Erik came out after hours as soon as I called him. He came completely prepared to handle all possible sewer repair needs. He was polite, knowledgeable and performed my service thoroughly! Gilbert fixed our sewer pump. Came when he said he would in a few hours and was back the next day with a replacement. Doesn’t buy cheap parts either like the last place for it to break again in a year. Thanks for your help and honesty!

This company has dealt with two emergencies we had in Aurora Colorado. They showed up quickly, on time, and promptly addressed our problems for a fair price. We will use them again without question should the need arise!

Be careful when using Tony Capra Plumbing and heating... if they show up at your door and do no work, they will charge you $205!

On their web site they have a section that is titled Fair Pricing at Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating they go on to say We are a trustworthy business and only charge for products and services provided. That is why we have chosen to stand by our traditional method while other companies have changed to upfront pricing.

Clearly $205 to show up is an up from charge... One that they do NOT explain to you when you schedule an appointment.

I called to discuss my invoice and they basically said we don't care what you think...we don't care that this charge was not explained to you...our prices are the best in the Denver area (so not true)

Feels like they pulled a fast one on me, and I would highly recommend you get an estimate on the phone before they arrive or it will cost you $205 before they do any work.

When I called to discuss this I spoke with Carlo, he had no desire to discuss this with me and said that's they way we do it... I am sorry no one explained that to you up front.

I told Carlo I would pay their bill, but never use them again. He did not care at all, made it seem like I did something wrong. Great job Carlo, I appreciate your complete lack of care and your willingness to lose a customer.

Stay away from Tony Capra Plumbing and heating.

I called during the weekend with a question about my water heater repair and they took the time out to their busy schedule to explain. Came in the next day and fixed the issue.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

They came out and tried to snake my main drain and it had dropped 15 degrees which was the cause of the clog. They jackhammered a section of concrete, replaced a small section of cast iron pipe with PVC plastic and then filled in the hole. They were fast and came out when they said they would. Cost was around $3K

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.

Was very pleased. Had them come out to run a camera down the drain since the other company we had out didn't have the ability to. Glad that we found IPC. Upfront about price and told us he would just snake first instead of wasting our time and money if a camera wasn't needed. Snake worked and drains are running great. What a relief. Also came out on a Sunday without an extra weekend charge. Will call if ever future needs.
