Roscoe was superb! We just had a new toilet and new shutoff valve installed. He provided excellent advice and guidance when choosing the best repair options. We will be requesting Roscoe for all future plumbing needs. He is very professional and efficient, highly recommend!!

Yesterday we discovered our main water pipe coming into the house was leaking water badly from inside the foundation wall into our basement crawl space. I called Nicholas and he returned my call within minutes and came over about an hour later on a Saturday night. This morning he brought a crew with a backhoe and excavated a hole about 7' deep, removed the leaking pipe, replaced it, backfilled the hole and finished by 1 pm. So we were only without water for about 17 hours. I highly recommend Gold Leaf, especially if you have an emergency plumbing problem.

E&J was able to troubleshoot and repair a sewer issue for a pipe connecting from the kitchen to the main. Also shared knowledge on the work that was being done and how the kitchen plumbing functions. Will call E&J for future plumbing work.

TCF was quick to respond and helped me both stop an emergency leak and repair the issues, all within 3 hours of my initial call. The price was fair considering and I would highly recommend TCF.

My mom had another drain cleaning company out to her house. She was told that they couldn't clear the line and that 8 feet of her main sewer line needed to be replaced (for a charge of over $5,000). I called Hyper Flow and they were able to get out to her house the same day for a second opinion. They were successful in getting the line cleared. We were completely blown away by the service provided by this company; they really went over and above for us and we greatly appreciate it. We would highly recommend this company. I called and Sammy came out and diagnosed my water heater with a faulty, I am going to call it a control box. My water heater is under warranty still, so he started the process to have it fixed. Vaughn and Nick came out 3 days later. The got the part on Friday came on Monday. To repair the water heater. All the employees that I have been in contact with at Spartan are amazing.

Mike K. and his apprentice Martin were on time. Mike diagnosed the problem quickly and patiently did his work. I told him i believed the feeder line in the basement was blocked , but he determined it was the the main line. After clearing, he called for a free camera inspection. It passed. Problem solved. I ran a service company for thirty years and would have loved an employee of this caliber. The Roto-Rooter company is honest and professional. Five Stars.

Big John was professional and was able to go out of his way to find a way to fix my plumbing and not have to get a new tub. 2 previous companies wouldn’t even try without installing a new tub. I am so glad I called Befort!!! 100 stars ⭐️

I have been experiencing problems with my toliet drain since May. I used Rotor Town in my prior attempts and it didn't work even after the 2nd attempt. Jonathan came out and made sure to fix the entire problem before he left. They guaranteed their work for the next 30 days. I'm happy with the job.

Bruce from AAARK came to my house to work on the bath tub diverter. He did all he could to fix the existing tub spout, but it was to old and damaged . He and his co-worker Travis were both professional and polite. They stayed beyond 5 pm to get the work done. They were up front with my price options and at no time made me feel as if I was being taken advantage of. I have used this company before for other work and have never had a bad experience.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

I don’t write reviews, mostly because they seem to take up a lot of time, but I have to give praise when it’s deserved. I had our kitchen sink garbage disposal clog up. Which means I couldn’t wash dishes or do laundry bc that waterline is connected. This happened today, Wednesday! Yes the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I called Elite Rooter Denver and got an appointment with Austin the same day. They gave me a time window of 4-6pm. Austin showed up at 2:20pm and called when he was 10 minutes out. Check and check! Came in and was done with the project in 35 minutes. Ohh and not only was it fast and easy, but the price was unbelievable! Austin has won over my business and I will continue to contact him directly for any future problems. Very, very impressed. He did such a good job I figured I would do something I never do and write a 5 STAR review for a job well done!
