We will continue to hire Prime Plumbing & Heating Inc and suggest everyone give them a chance. We hired them to repair the water heater and got advised to replace it to avoid frequent repairs. We took their advice and haven't had any issues with our water heater since the replacement.

I had a great experience with True Plumbing and was happy to find their business. They fixed my leaking pipe plumbing issue and installed a custom feature on my sprinkler pipes. They were responsive to my request for a consultation and estimate and came out quickly to assess my issues. They got me on the repair schedule right away and everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I was charged a reasonable amount for an excellent home repair. Job was to replace the large wastewater-to-sewer line under the basement floor. A courteous and competent crew worked carefully and systematically: breaking concrete, excavating and removing the damaged pipe, installing the new pipe and connecting all the branches, filling the trench and pouring new concrete.This full-day job was completed with no mess and much less disruption to the household routine than I had anticipated.

Because they can’t service my old boiler, their only option is replacement. When I asked if they could recommend or point me to someone, they flat out refused. That’s poor service.
