Very professional and friendly staff. However, receiving an estimate from them shouldn't be the last. I was given a estimates of $2300 and $2800 for two different problems. Another reputable company did the first job in the same manner for $300 and advised me on how to fix the second project myself if I didn't want to spend money doing it.

I hired Prime Plumbing & Heating Inc to repair the boiler in our house. Their technician assured us that the repair was minimal and didn't need a boiler replacement, unlike the previous company. I am thankful for their truthfulness and will suggest everyone hire this company.

I heard water leaking under the bathroom so I called Jason. He came over within the hour and had it fixed in no time! He is a life saver!! He even noticed my kitchen pipe leaking and fixed that as well, I would have never known that needed work. He does quality work for a great price and is very knowledgeable. I had 7 companies at my house to evaluate our leaking boiler and Tony Capra was the only one who worked to fix the problem instead of telling me I needed a new one. Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.

I placed an order for a cutting board from Black Tulip Antiques through Ruby Lane. The cutting board is great and just as described. It was packaged well and shipped quickly. I would definitely order from Black Tulip again.

I was so happy to be connected to this company!! I was previously told by another plumbing company that I needed to replace my entire sewer line. I thought something was fishy so I had Better Plumbing come to inspect the lines. The $135 fee was more than worth it. The technician did a camera view of the line and there were NO cracks and breaks that the other company (Plumbline) said were there. Plumbline quoted me over $12,000!! So, to say the $135 was worth it is quite the understatement. All the technicians from Better Plumbing were more than nice and informational. They gave me 2 camera pictures of my lines immediately. Something the original company never did. Don't be taken advantage of!! Get this second opinion. There are companies out there that will do anything to get your money. I had my lines Hydro Flushed through Better Plumbing and my lines are next to new. This all cost me $635!! They also wrote a statement that there is nothing wrong with my lines. Plumbline tried to scare me to get this done immediately or my sewer would overflow..... Unbelievable! Watch out for wolves.....

We had a sewer main line that was backing up and flooding our basement. Of course it happened on a Saturday. After reading positive reviews, I called Hyper Flow and got on their schedule for the next day (it was already pretty late on Saturday).

The next day Jeremy called and asked if he could come out early, which was great. He arrived 20 minutes later, did a quick video check of the line and determined that a tree root was causing the issue. He then ran a rooter down the line and cleared the clog. He also discovered that the root had penetrated the clay pipe and recommended that we consider replacing it. In addition to the invoice (the service was very reasonable), he also included an estimate for the pipe replacement. He did not recommend water jet cleaning as it could make the problem with the breached pipe worse (even though he came prepared to do so if needed).

Dealing with Jeremy and Hyper Flow was a really great experience, and they got us back up and working quickly and efficiently. Jeremy was extremely polite and took care to keep everything clean as he was working. I highly recommend Hyper Flow for rooting and jet cleaning!
