I hired Frank to install a bathtub. He arrived without the plumbing hardware necessary for the install so I had to make several trips to Home Depot for him. It took a full day longer than estimated for the work. The cost was also higher than the initial estimate. The tub was not properly installed and Frank Garcia was not willing to resolve his substandard workmanship. Avoid this contractor!!!

Our technician Mark went above and beyond yesterday- after having no heat or no hot water during a cold snap, the first company we brought in told our landlord that the furnace was leaking carbon monoxide and had to be replaced. Mark came in the same day (6 pm) and stayed until midnight cleaning our furnace and making it safe to use.
