Called Tipping Hat out of a panic due to service call gone bad from another company to repair AC unit. Joseph was out here in Roxborough with in hours to assess the situation and offered options to remedy. We were offered 4 options to choose from and financing if we needed. We decided to go with a full AC and furnace upgrade which was more than what we needed, but were confident on trusting our investment with Tipping Hat Plumbing Heating & Electric. After choosing our option the install crew showed up early morning and on time the very next day ready to go to work. The install went smoothly and is a very professional and clean installation. The crew was very respectful of me working from home and of the family while they worked. They installed quickly and cleaned all the mess. I am giving Tipping hat a very rare for me a 5 star review because they hit every metric you can rate perfectly. This company is great and I will be recommending them to anyone needed exceptional service! We had our main sewer line back up and needed emergency service. Justin came out and diagnosed the issue the same day, even though it was a Friday night. He was informative and helpful. We decided to get the line hydro-jetted. He came out the next morning and completed the service. It is nice to know we won't be having any issues for some time and that if we do we know a company we can rely on to get it fixed.

These people must have had there friends and family write there reviews. Called them came out less then a week and it was allready backed up again. called them on a sat for there so called emergency service...nothing...no call back or anything. Called someone else. Monday called them still no return call or anything. Dont ever use them or be prepared to call someone else and spend another $300!!!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Why does plumbing always seem to break at the most inappropriate time? Cody, from Elite Rooter, stopped by when he said he would with the correct part and fixed the inner workings of our wall mounted bathtub faucet that had chosen the exact moment to break when I wanted to take a bath several hours before! I turned the faucet on but couldn’t get the water to turn off so we had to turn the water off to the entire house until it was repaired!! Cody was efficient, friendly, courteous, and highly skilled. Had a nasty plumbing problem that came up and needed someone same-day to come and fix before my rental guests were checking in. Pete was the dispatcher, he was great. Took care of everything, and did the 'environmental clean-up' afterwards. The place looked brand new by the time he was done. I am eternally grateful!
