Kyle saved us thousands by properly & efficiently diagnosing and removing what turned out to be roots clogging our main line. We had a sewer line clog that had backed up our (only) toilet and the bathroom sink over Labor Day weekend. Within less then two hours of calling Hyper Flow on a Sunday, they were at my house with all the necessary equipment. Carlos came and was extremely nice and very professional. He worked quickly, explained everything he was doing, invited my husband to watch the live camera scope and provided us the flash drive with the recording afterwards. These people must have had there friends and family write there reviews. Called them came out less then a week and it was allready backed up again. called them on a sat for there so called emergency service...nothing...no call back or anything. Called someone else. Monday called them still no return call or anything. Dont ever use them or be prepared to call someone else and spend another $300!!!

I had a miserable experience dealing with Elite Rooter and they are not elite, but a scam company. They showed up in their pretty van with a broken machine that was not functioning along with trying to overcharge me. The technician was a joke, their equipment didn’t work and when they promised another service call with a working machine, they never showed up or called so I waited around for 2 hours with no call and I left a voice message that was never returned. My experience with Elite Rooter was a complete waste of time.
