Everyone was helpful, from the technician who made the diagnosis, to the crew who performed the repair. The technicians were very personable, asked me countless times if I had any questions about the diagnosis or the fix, and performed the fix in a timely manner. I would recommend them highly.

I contracted with Denver Plumbing Solutions to install all an new plumbing system in my home renovation, which he described as about 1.5-2 weeks of work in rough plumbing and a couple for days for final plumbing work . Garrett was very helpful in providing the quote, and was very responsive with communication and showing up for work up until the first progress payment was made. At this point, we had not found a reason not to trust him, and paid for work completed as well as some in advance for a few activities that were to be completed in the next week or two, given that the inspection was supposed to occur the next day. Since making that payment in early August, it has been hell to get Garrett to respond to any form of communication, let alone show up to complete the work. After the week of the progress payment, we did not hear back from Garrett at all until mid-November. He showed up to do a quick swap in a single stick of PVC in place of an existing line that had leaked, and once again again promised the work would be completed in the next week or so. The next day I received a text from him saying that he could not schedule an inspection because the city had denied his request. Despite many calls, texts and emails since that day, we have not gotten a single response from him. At this point, our house has basically been sitting waiting to pass a rough plumbing inspection for close to 5 months.

My biggest issue is the non-responsiveness and lack of follow through, but I think it's worth noting that a number of items were broken when they did perform work (our gate to our backyard, a window, and a few stairs) and Garrett either promised to fix it (the gate) or told us that we couldn't prove it was him (window). At that point we just wanted the work done and didn't make a huge issue of it.

I can understand that these are unprecedented times, but this level of unprofessionalism and difficulty in communication seems pretty ridiculous, to the point that I honestly feel that I got scammed. Not normally a review person, but wanted to make sure no one else fell for the front that I did.

Paid a premium price to get video image of roots in sewer line for insurance as well as root cleanout. Never received the video after numerous requests even though I saw an image on his phone. Also cleanout wasn’t performed adequately, said he didn’t have the right equipment and a lot of roots remained as evidenced by another company.

Erick was outstanding. Prompt, efficient, very nice. The price was reasonable.

Excellent, excellent work at a great price. Gilbert replaced my hot water heater in record time. I have a house built in 1928 and it requires different solutions than newer homes. Gilbert lives in old Denver, so the challenges were easily overcome by his years of experience with these old homes. The 2nd best part.. he took the old heater for me, so it was a spectacular experience with no worries. I recommend their service to everyone I meet!

I've used Hyper Flow Service Company twice with great results for home drain tasks I was unable to complete myself. The first time was a kitchen sink that would no longer drain the day before hosting Thanksgiving dinner... Hyper Flow was able to dispatch a service tech (Carlos) the same day who was very professional and did a great, clean, job fixing my sink drainage issue.

More recently they helped clear a very clogged underground drainage pipe used by my gutters that had filled with years of debris. This time I got a different technician (Jeremy) dispatched the same-day who was amazingly polite, professional, and thorough. The equipment Jeremy had with him could not do the job so he immediately scheduled a visit for the next day with the equipment necessary and was able to clear the drain. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly and as quickly as possible.

Both experiences have exceeded my expectations for promptness, professionalism, and even cleanliness for what is typically very dirty work. I will definitely use them in the future if needed.

He helped us recover from a pipe burst in January, but has since performed a number of other plumbing fixes throughout our house including a gas stove install and a water heater repair. Spent 7000 only to have sewer line backing up a week later now they say need another 5500 because they didn't see the full problem before doing the 7000 repair

He charged $100 to come out and he did nothing to fix the issue and still charged full price for a visit. I watched him though the whole visit and he did not actually do any work except wiggle the wires around. Very disappointed and will not be recommending your company.
