We had a new dishwasher installed and garbage disposal replaced. Darrell came out and was so nice to work with! He was incredibly friendly ,professional, and was very knowledgeable! He's a great technician and went above and beyond!! Would definitely recommend!!

As was the case a few prior times when we used Plumbline Services, we again had a great service experience this time with their drain specialist, Chris! In fact, we had a fantastic experience with Chris twice in the same week - two separate issues that Chris had solutions for each time. Not only was he very friendly but also communicated each step of his process while also being very attentive to our family’s needs/safety by offering various options (his repair vs self-repair inc. trip to hardware store). During these crazy times of COVID, I cannot imagine working with another company for our plumbing needs! You can put your trust in Plumbline and Chris for a great customer service experience!

Jerid Burgett, plumber, was exceptional in diagnosing two issues, explaining the solutions, and remedying each of the two problems. He was transparent about the costs to me, and gently justified why certain measures needed to be completed to assure that the job was done correctly. Jerid was personal and open to my asking questions during his work. I give him top marks!

Kameron was awesome!! He was on time, super efficient, and all around a very nice guy! He gave me the quote to replace the seal on my toilet and it was exactly what I paid when he was finished.
