He asked me a few questions about my problem and was able to offer suggestions for me to try on my own first. They worked!! We had a plumbing emergency unfortunately on a weekend at the last moment. Thomas and Shawn were able to arrive much earlier than the quoted time and were professional beyond anything I’ve experienced. They offered to walk us through everything they did which was pretty amazing. No one ever offered to share the process and offer future solutions. Polite, professional, thorough, I can’t find enough adjectives for these guys. Go to team from now on.

Managed to burst a pipe and was so glad I called these guys. They came out day of, actually almost hour of & were able to replace the pipe very quickly and at a reasonable price. Solid company. I was skeptical of consistent 5 star reviews, but I get it - they're ethical, fair, and transparent. My home inspector recommended hydro jetting. I called around and found a few companies that offered the service. Hyper Flow was the only one to come on site to give a free quote, and as a bonus, came out same day. When they came out, they were upfront that it was not the best solution for my situation and gave me other options before going down that route. They didn't charge me anything for their time, whereas the other companies I called wanted to charge just to come out, and I'm guessing would have had no problem doing what I thought I needed even if it wasn't the right thing. I'll be contacting Hyper Flow again!

Was not told and was surprised that their minimum rate is now $140 an hour PLUS $75 service call automatically added. Then they add any additional parts on top of that. Last time I used them it seemed reasonable. This was an unpleasant surprise. They did fix the problem without tearing a wall out, which I would not have authorized. Was told when I called to discuss it that they are much more reasonable than applewood - but anything is cheaper than them!

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.

We give this a 5 star for quality and professionalism. Mark and his son are very knowledgeable and goes over and beyond to complete project. IPC gives the industry a good name no problems. I wish every plumber has the qualities that Mark does. Deserves more than 5 stars in my opinion.

I called them to fix a sewage issue and they were not able to fix the problem effectively. My tenants threatened to vacate because of the recurring sewage issues. I was forced to call another company to fix the problem.

I have been experiencing problems with my toliet drain since May. I used Rotor Town in my prior attempts and it didn't work even after the 2nd attempt. Jonathan came out and made sure to fix the entire problem before he left. They guaranteed their work for the next 30 days. I'm happy with the job.

We contacted Defense due to a leak coming from an outdoor spigot. It was a great experience from start to finish. They were so quick to respond and were able to come out the next day.
