I called to have them check why my water isn’t hot at 11am. Sean came over at 12pm and checked out all of the connections and the water heater itself. After educating me on water heaters, I’ve decided to replace my 10 year, 40 gallon, old water heater. I went with a 50 gallon, Rheem water heater with 12yr warranty. He had to disconnect some pipes to get the old one out. He installed the new unit by 4pm. He also did some testing to make sure there were no leaks when he reconnected everything back up.

We are installing a new vanity and sink in my bathroom and realized we had to move the plumbing pipes over. Called first thing in the morning, and Roscoe was at the house in less than an hour. He was able to fix everything in less than 30 min. He was very courteous, and did an amazing job! Can’t thank him enough. Can't say enough good things. Eric came out in 7 degree weather to fix a pipe under my building. I even suggested he wait a day for the weather to get a little warmer but he came out and got the job done quickly and professionally. I will definitely call them next time.

Late night emergency with water leaking from shower upstairs to bathroom downstairs. Thomas was responsive and came within an hour or two. Quickly identified the issue and had the repairs done in no time. Price was fair and he was upfront about expenses from the start. Called the company because my tub drain was clogged and the guy (owner?) talked me through a solve within a couple of minutes. Saving me the timing and expense of having a tech come out. Very knowledgeable about my old house plumbing (never knew there was a secret panel on the other side of the tub), and gave clear directions. Any future big problems that come up will definitely be calling them to fix. Great work.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
