I like ac inspection for $79, and Mateo took old filter that was too thick which made my air flow low. All in all I am pleased with their service from a to b.

I can not thank Thomas enough. Our boiler was literally exploding New Year’s Day of 2022. He came all the way to evergreen to look at it and it was all replaced a day and a half later. I’m pregnant and the negligence of this homes previous owner could have killed us. Today we woke up with no heat. Thomas answered my call and came out right away. He fixed the issue promptly and was able to restore our heat. I can’t recommend him enough. I will forever use Thomas for all our heating and plumbing needs.

I called Hyper Flow in an emergency. Garret responded in under 30 minutes. He identified the issue and quickly gave me multiple options to resolve the issue. I appreciated how honest they were when I was in a real jam. Garret never tried to over charge or cause me undue worry. These guys were great from my first phone call to when they left. Very highly recommend!

Was not told and was surprised that their minimum rate is now $140 an hour PLUS $75 service call automatically added. Then they add any additional parts on top of that. Last time I used them it seemed reasonable. This was an unpleasant surprise. They did fix the problem without tearing a wall out, which I would not have authorized. Was told when I called to discuss it that they are much more reasonable than applewood - but anything is cheaper than them!

Roto Rooter absolutely saved us! My husband accidentally dropped my engagement ring down the garbage disposal an hour and a half before we were leaving town. I called Roto Rooter in a panic and they were there within an hour. Special shout out to Mike K. for taking such good care of us! They turned a horrible situation into a positive experience and we recovered the ring! Forever grateful to them.

Booked 1st appointment, had to wait 10 days for the 1st slot available. Was not told in advance that it was company policy that I had to confirm appointments the same day of when they were scheduled prior to them sending a tech. No tech was sent because I was not answering my phone (I work from home), waiting for the electrician to show at my home. Subsequently gave them another chance, booked another appointment a few days later. Was called the same day of my appointment to be informed that a tech was not available as scheduled. Receptionist did offer $50 credit towards repair for my inconvenience. Because this started out on a wrong foot, they had a chance to make good on their first impression, I am seeking another contractor that is easier to work with, professional, on time and seems at least more reliable.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.
