Best Repair / Replace / Install Plumbing in Denver CO

Matt was just excellent! They gave me a quote that was about half the cost of other places and installed right away!

Wayne Mallard repaired our air conditioner. He is a very knowledgable and professional. He took the time to explain everything to us including options for replacing the whole system in the future if necessary. We highly recommend Wayne.

Frank handle everything up front for replacing our hot water heater. Garrett was expert and was able to work around our crazy schedule to get us hot water again. Highly recommend them.

The guys at Drain Terrier refitted the plumbing of my standing shower into a tub and shower system. They did it all from cutting the foundation, fixing the drain, adding concrete, leveling and setting the tub, and prepping the new faucets exactly like I asked.

The project took a few days over the span of a week because of all the different steps that including waiting for the concrete to dry, but the guys did a great job and tried to explain the plumbing to me even though some of it went over my head!

They even went above the scope of the project to adjust my toilet valve for free when I asked about adding it to the project. This is a small local owned business that deserves to be supported by the community!

We were in a bind today trying to find someone last minute to rooter our drain to the main. Erick made room for us on his schedule, very reliable and efficient! Highly recommend his services.

I had two other companies and they both wanted thousands to replace different lengths of lines. Kyle and his crew were here and ran a scope and said the problems the others told me about were non-existent! Easy fix and a yearly clean out are all I need! You won't find anyone more honest about what you need.

I had my water heater go out on Christmas Eve, just when it seemed as if no other plumbers were able to get to me soon enough! After nearly exhausting my efforts, Sean with Park Hill Plumbers called me back and talked me through how to turn off the main water so the water would stop shooting out until he got here. He didn't have to but he took the time to help me clean up all the water. He came back Christmas Day and swapped out my water heater. He was very kind and professional. Surprisingly reasonable for it being an emergency on a Holiday. I had to recommend Park Hill Plumbers to my neighbors, its rare people go above and beyond these days!

Thomas is great! He was very patient and understanding in dealing with me and my issue. And willing to come help me on short notice. He even took the time to help me understand the repair and how I might resolve a similar issue in the future, as I was interested. He is very personable and polite, and it's clear that he genuinely enjoys helping people out. Can't say enough good things.

Update 2/20/18 - A representative from the company contacted me just hours after I posted the below review and apologized for the confusion, explained the situation, and clearly demonstrated that they take customer service/experience seriously. It was exactly the right thing to do and renewed my trust, so increased my star rating accordingly.

Not great. Didn't seem to really be experience, spent longer than it seemed it should have taken, and then didn't receive a bill for months. Wrote back to ask why the delayed billing, never got a response - just another bill with late fees accrued. Can't recommend.

I was extremely pleased by the excellent service of Tipping Hat replacing my air conditioning system. The job was complex but they worked through the problems and I was very happy with the outcome. From installing the new AC system to rewiring the electrical system, they did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks to Brian and Alden and Chris for their persistence, professionalism and quality work.

Be careful when using Tony Capra Plumbing and heating... if they show up at your door and do no work, they will charge you $205!

On their web site they have a section that is titled Fair Pricing at Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating they go on to say We are a trustworthy business and only charge for products and services provided. That is why we have chosen to stand by our traditional method while other companies have changed to upfront pricing.

Clearly $205 to show up is an up from charge... One that they do NOT explain to you when you schedule an appointment.

I called to discuss my invoice and they basically said we don't care what you think...we don't care that this charge was not explained to you...our prices are the best in the Denver area (so not true)

Feels like they pulled a fast one on me, and I would highly recommend you get an estimate on the phone before they arrive or it will cost you $205 before they do any work.

When I called to discuss this I spoke with Carlo, he had no desire to discuss this with me and said that's they way we do it... I am sorry no one explained that to you up front.

I told Carlo I would pay their bill, but never use them again. He did not care at all, made it seem like I did something wrong. Great job Carlo, I appreciate your complete lack of care and your willingness to lose a customer.

Unless you want to be overcharged...
Stay away from Tony Capra Plumbing and heating.

Gres plumbing did I very good job cleaning the main drains of my house. On time and super reliable. I highly recommend this company !!!
