Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.
In addition, this was at the peak of the COVID outbreak and he followed all protocols (awesome masks, gloves and physical distancing).

He provided a detailed quote with pricing options based on level of repair and took the time to explain each of his diagnoses and decisions. Arthur was thorough and helpful as he explained the source of my water leak, the repair options, and how to prevent problems in the future. Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Worst experience ever dealing with their customer service in Phoenix! Shocking how poorly run this company is. Installers are very nice & professional but unfortunately the poor CS trumps all else. DO NOT waste your time on this company who Home Depot contracts through for plumbing related installs.
