Watch out for this company. One of their technicians is a total hot-head and pretty unstable. After harassing me for parking in front of my own garage, he then tried to sic his dog on me, all shortly after parking a van with the company logo emblazoned on it. Not the brightest move and you might not want him in your home.

Kyle saved us thousands by properly & efficiently diagnosing and removing what turned out to be roots clogging our main line. Another company failed to remove all of the roots and then tried to convince us that the line needed to be dug up in order to clear it. I've used Horizon Services every year since we bought our home in 2013, initially for a furnace repair and then for ongoing annual maintenance and inspection. The techs are always very knowledgeable, and I appreciate that. Sometimes, they have suggested minor improvements, explained in a straight-forward way with the expertise to back it up , but the techs are never pushy and I don't feel like I am being upsold or fearmongered. This year, our tech was David, and as expected he was professional, polite, and respectful of our home and our pets. After he completed his inspection we talked about his findings and the performance of my furnace; David's honesty and proficiency left me at ease and with peace of mind about the function and performance of our furnace for the coming winter.

We recently had a list of plumbing issues we needed solved and Randy from Spartan Plumbing was extremely helpful in making sure every aspect was taken care of.

Realized I need draining cleaning late Saturday Night. Concerned that I could not get service Sunday. Found RotoRooter ranked high on AngiesList, went to the web site, and arranged an appointment for Sunday afternoon. Received email confirmation. Got call 30 minutes before. Paul arrived 30 minutes after the call, reviewed the situation and got to work. He cleared the clog efficiently. Then explained how to prevent problems in the future. He cleaned up.
