Sonny showed up right on time and did a great job of installing my garage shelving. He is a very nice man who works extremely hard and was very focused on customer satisfaction. I highly recommend him!

Called for a quote on AC/Furnace/Humidifier. They quoted almost double our 3 other quotes for comparable systems. And then they had the nerve to charge me $67 for the installation estimate. (None of the other quotes involved payment). Good luck, make sure you clarify up front if your quote is going to cost money, and get some other opinions. Not impressed.

I called because I had water on the floor with the AC unit, thought the worst.Called Applewood, they got out to my home in about 1 hour, Tom, the tech, checked everything. And we just needed to replace the air filter. He gave me some really great advice as a first time home owner on what to look at for filters, how often to change and and some other information about the AC unit in general, which was great, since I grew up with a Swamp cooler not AC.

I would highly recommend John Daniel Johnson with AAA Service Plumbing, Heating, & Electric If you are in need of a plumber. John thoroughly inspected my problem and gave me a detailed description of the problem and solution before starting the repair that was needed. He was polite and professional throughout my experience. I would not hesitate to call him again for any future work.

Very professional and service oriented. Even assisted with getting old AC unit/copper out for me to take to recycle center! Elijah, Romeo, and the entire Tipping Hat crew that installed our AC and new furnace were top notch!

Rico is the real deal. Simple as that. This is now the 2nd time he's been here for our different requests and both times we are sincerely happy.
