Very fast and professional service on a Sunday afternoon. $99 got a deep line clog cleared up that my small auger couldn’t reach. No hidden additional charges, no trip fee, no other gotchas that are common in some services. Tony was professional and fast. I will use them again for any plumbing needs moving forward. The original appointment was not met. I booked it with them, they dropped the ball. The second appointment, I tried to confirm via text, no reply. Finally I called that morning to confirm. I had the first appointment, he would be there at 9. At 9:10 I had to call back, I was then told it is a window from 9 to 10. 9:45 arrival. When he looked at the pipes, he had to go out to get the correct shut off valves. He did not have them with him. For 15 minutes of work, I was not fond of the price, but what can you do? It would be better for up front pricing. Changing a shut off valve costs this much. Communication and Customer Service is key. They need to get that part fixed.

I hired Prime Plumbing & Heating Inc to repair the boiler in our house. Their technician assured us that the repair was minimal and didn't need a boiler replacement, unlike the previous company. I am thankful for their truthfulness and will suggest everyone hire this company.

Sam fixed a leaking pipe and a leaky gas line at my house. Both times he came over he was very knowledgeable and professional and did a great repair. Would hire him again and again!

We needed our toilet rotated so that knees don't get slammed by someone opening the door. Rob and Sam came and did a great job rotating the toilet to a different angle in the room. They cleaned up too. Awesome work guys!! We would call them in a minute. If any other projects come up, they will be our go to guys.

I needed a new water heater installed. Tim was beyond amazing! He was communicative, courteous, on-time, and thorough. I ended having him come back to install 3 bathroom faucets. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. He also found a leaky pipe in my basement that had gone un-noticed for who knows how long. He worked overtime (long hours with no breaks) to replace it that very day. I will definitely use these guys again and will request Tim!

This is the kind of locally owned business you just have to love, and I will call them again and again because I trust them! I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I got a next day appointment, I was notified before they arrived and they arrived on time, and they worked quickly to fix my issues. But the BEST part was Jonathan’s helpful advice in troubleshooting my concerns and his amazing and down to earth attitude. I could tell he wasn’t trying to sell me on anything I didn’t need, and he even offered helpful advice on the items I can try to take care of myself. What a rare and valuable thing to find in todays “take advantage” world! Definitely recommend giving them a call for any plumbing concerns.

I am docking a star because they can be expensive, even for small jobs like installing a new sink.

The team showed up in time and did a great job. The whole team was amazing from start to finish and I can’t thank them enough. My parents have already scheduled a maintenance with them. Keep doing the good job you are doing.

Was not told and was surprised that their minimum rate is now $140 an hour PLUS $75 service call automatically added. Then they add any additional parts on top of that. Last time I used them it seemed reasonable. This was an unpleasant surprise. They did fix the problem without tearing a wall out, which I would not have authorized. Was told when I called to discuss it that they are much more reasonable than applewood - but anything is cheaper than them!

David and Daniel were excellent! Completely professional during the whole interaction and the company is taking extensive precautions during COVID for the safety of customers and employees. They were prompt and got the job and a half done in a very timely manner and advised me during the whole process on what they were doing and offered additional recommendations afterwards. Definitely would recommend and will use this company in the future!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.

Local to Denver/Westminster. Unprofessional and beware letting them in your home.
