Done Plumbing to the rescue! What should have been an easy washer/dryer install by Best Buy turned in to a seven hour day. The cold water shutoff had been leaking so had to be fixed before it could be tested. Also the Best Buy installer was unable to hook up the flex vent so couldn't test the dryer as well. The message was get these things fixed and we will come back to install. The vent connection was not a big deal, something we could do but the leak had to be addressed. We have used Done in the past so gave them a call. I was hoping to have it done that day and was surprised to hear that they could send someone out in a few hours. OK that works. Got a call back saying someone was available shortly. Yay! Neil, the very pleasant technician, fixed the leak and hooked up the dryer vent, (not his problem ). I just wanted to share a positive and these days of negativity. It's obvious that Done Plumbing takes care of their employees. Keep up the good work! Thanks for going the extra mile.Cindy Henderson

This is my 2nd experience with Plumbers Near Me (I just love their name). They were able to come same day for a non emergency repair of an outside Spicket. I’m sure I just got lucky but I was very impressed! Carlos was cheerful, professional and had the replacement completed very quickly even with a tricky access. GREAT JOB!!

We had excellent service for a leak and a missing gasket in our tub. The previous owner of our home had done some shoddy plumbing repairs.
Robert was our plumber, he was very respectful and professional and great with our dog. The job cost $496 in total, $43 for the trip out, $70 for the diagnostic, and $453 for the replacement parts and repair. The $70 cost for the diagnostic goes towards the repair

It means a lot to me to have a plumber I can trust especially with large complicated jobs. When I need a plumber, I don’t need to take the time to call around to find a friendly competent plumber I can trust. I know I can just call Capra and they’ll fix my plumbing issue.

My neighbor found Capra Plumbing in 2006 when we discovered we had a leak in our water service line. The Capra crew hand dug two holes in front of the house over six feet deep and installed a new water service line. They did a great job and when they filled in the holes, the ground disturbance was almost undetectable. I’ve called Capra for small plumbing jobs since and they’ve always done a great job. In January 2019, we found the sewer line that went from the house to the alley had a blockage. I called Capra and Carlo had a crew at my home the next morning. The crew hand dug a hole over six feet deep and replaced damaged clay pipes with durable plastic pipe. Pat, the same plumber who installed our water service line in 2006 also repaired our sewer line in 2019. Pat did a great with both complicated issues or our antique (1912) plumbing.

Roto Rooter Plumber, Joe Shirey is the man! Came by within the first hour of our service window, agreed to a flat fee for the service, and he had the issue fixed in 15 minutes. When he arrived, I was able to tell him where the issue was exactly, and because he didn't have to do any extra digging around to find the problem, he charged us less (makes sense!).The place I called last night (Total Plumbing and Heating) was going to charge $90 service fee, and $209 per hour after that. Without even knowing the extent of the job they had to do, they told me over the phone they would expect it to be a 2-3 hour job. Roto fixed in 20 minutes, and they were out the door for a reasonable price (for a Saturday I might add). I assume I saved upwards of $400 by using Roto.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Had an emergency spicket leek at 7pm and had to shut off all the water. Called and was here 30 minutes later. Did an awesome job, was quick and very friendly and very reasonably priced.
