Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.

Very rude guy... I called in offering marketing services. I realize it can be annoying to get a cold call in the middle of a busy day- but No thank you Im not interested would be preferable to getting shouted at, cussed out, and hung up on. Especially since I only asked one time very friendly.

The work was great and above and beyond what I had expected. Pricing was fair and I was informed of any issues every step of the way. While the work was more than what was originally planned, Adriel was quick to reassess and make sure that everything was taken care of.

Victor arrived at the very beginning of my given time frame. He immediately did a diagnostic test on why my furnace wasn’t working. When he found out why he gave a lot of details as to what should be happening but wasn’t. I feel very confident this will solve a problem that’s been happening for the last 5 months. The service was a bit more expensive than expected but I’m happy to pay more for quality service!

The Plumber (Travis) was contacted on Sunday morning to repair a water heater pipe. A similar pipe was repaired by a different plumber 1 yr ago. Travis told me his charge would be 1.5 times his usual rate for Sunday (urgent) service.  The fee he quoted was the fee paid. This fee was less than 1.5 times the fee I paid last year by a different plumber.  He did a great job, cleaned up and gave a 1 yr warranty for his work. Very satisfied and we will use him again for future plumbing jobs should they arise. I highly recommend An Affordable Plumber.

Used them a couple times now. First time they saved us $2,400 by just unclogging our sump pump rather than making it a huge project the first company we called wanted to do. It means a lot to me to have a plumber I can trust especially with large complicated jobs. When I need a plumber, I don’t need to take the time to call around to find a friendly competent plumber I can trust. I know I can just call Capra and they’ll fix my plumbing issue.

My neighbor found Capra Plumbing in 2006 when we discovered we had a leak in our water service line. The Capra crew hand dug two holes in front of the house over six feet deep and installed a new water service line. They did a great job and when they filled in the holes, the ground disturbance was almost undetectable. I’ve called Capra for small plumbing jobs since and they’ve always done a great job. In January 2019, we found the sewer line that went from the house to the alley had a blockage. I called Capra and Carlo had a crew at my home the next morning. The crew hand dug a hole over six feet deep and replaced damaged clay pipes with durable plastic pipe. Pat, the same plumber who installed our water service line in 2006 also repaired our sewer line in 2019. Pat did a great with both complicated issues or our antique (1912) plumbing.

Not only were they professional, kind, knowledgeable and prompt; they were able to get our one bathroom for a household of five back in fabulous working condition in less than 24 hours! Assessment was quick and accurate, easy to schedule, answered all questions and worked hard with a smile in the dead of winter! They will be our first call should we ever need help again! I would highly recommend them!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.

Mark was amazing. He was able to install a new water spicket to the back of my house by tapping in through the bathroom plumbing. I will definitely use him again.
