This was my first time using Done Plumbing & Heating, & it was a great experience. They had been recommended by our HOA management company, as the building requires a certain level of training to handle our building's commercial boilers. The staff was professional & courteous, & had my work scheduled very quickly. They called as promised to say they were on the way, arrived on time, & had the job done without fuss or drama. Wes is reliable, punctual, and very plumbing savvy. He knows his stuff and keeps us on top of everything he is doing or is going to do. Prompt response to call for winter leak in water line outdoors, quick arrival at texted time and quickly helped get water line turned off - not a simple feat as had to pump out area around water meter at street as it got flooded by leak then turn off. Charge fair ($150) for emergency visit in early Friday am (he came at 7:30a) and time and effort. Estimate pending for leak fix-bigger project -

I recently purchased a home in Littleton, CO and had Carlos Rios from Hyperflow come out and do an inspection on all of the plumbing and sewer lines. They were at home within one day from when I called! He was extremely polite, professional, and informative. He explained everything to me and how to prevent future issues. The inspection was relatively quick and easy and ensured that I did not have any issues or concerns before buying them home. Carlos explained how a sewer line that is not functioning properly could cost over $20,000 when you have to break the slab of concrete and fix drainage lines. I was very happy that I called and have the peace of mind now. I would highly recommend Carlos and Hyperflow for any plumbing issues and/or home inspections.

We had a great experience with 5280 PDS. Ian helped us diagnose a water pressure issue and fix 2 leaks. He provided a detailed quote with pricing options based on level of repair and took the time to explain each of his diagnoses and decisions. I most appreciated that he wore a mask and shoe covers the entire time, showing great respect for us and our home.

I just had a great experience with Plumbline Services. From booking the appointment to finishing the work they did an excellent job and I can’t recommend them enough! Jonathan, who unclogged both of our bathroom sinks, was very professional and took the time to explain and walk me through the process, before he began the work. I really appreciated that and I’m grateful I called them.

Was not told and was surprised that their minimum rate is now $140 an hour PLUS $75 service call automatically added. Then they add any additional parts on top of that. Last time I used them it seemed reasonable. This was an unpleasant surprise. They did fix the problem without tearing a wall out, which I would not have authorized. Was told when I called to discuss it that they are much more reasonable than applewood - but anything is cheaper than them!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Had a leak several leaks in basement late Sunday night. Sean came over at about 9 and took care of the issue. Very friendly and professional, highly recommend.

Came home to a busted pipe and a bedroom full of water on a Friday after work. Bruce was responsive as soon as I called and was ready to send out a technician. He was able to locate my busted pipe, get it fixed, and get my water back on in no time! Easy to work with. Highly recommend.
