Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.
In addition, this was at the peak of the COVID outbreak and he followed all protocols (awesome masks, gloves and physical distancing).

First Response Plumbing, also known as Sure Plumbing, is an excellent plumbing company that I would definitely recommend to anyone. Ilya came to our place to install the new water heater. After finishing the work, he was so nice that he also offered to repair a leaky faucet in the laundry, for no additional charge. Very professional and humble man.

We had water damage in our basement and had no idea where it was coming from. We called Roto-Rooter and they came the next day. The technician was on time and found the source of the leak within 30 minutes and fixed it within 2 hours. Everyone I came in contact with, even on the phone/over email to set up the appointment, was very kind and professional. Thank you for your help!

We appreciated that they were able to be here the day that I called. But, the price of over 400 dollars to clean and scope the pipe seemed extremely expensive. This is 100 dollars more than when they did it last year. I hope that they were not taking advantage of my family member who was here at the time, as I had been called away to help a friend.

Called around until I found ipc. Talk to the person on the phone which I believe was the owner and he sounded very honest in down to earth. He sent out a guy within a couple of hours to help us with our drain problem. Mark was the technician and he was extremely polite, especially when dealing with my Father's difficult to request s. In the end, my father was extremely satisfied and was very impressed by Mark's professionalism. My father insisted that I write this review for Mark. Thank you IPC. We will be using you again if we have any other issues we need resolved!

I had some issues with my toilets. Because we had an additional working toilet in the house, it was not an emergency. A human actually answered the phone, and an appointment was set up the next day. Jonathan came out (very personable guy), assessed the situation, offered a reasonable estimate, and got the job done in an hour. He was also happy to have me look over his shoulder so that I could increase my do-it-yourself skills.

We had a broken pipe under our basement floor and water was coming up through a drain. Bruce came right out and diagnosed the issue. He not only was incredibly professional and polite, he also works hard to provide an affordable option for customers.

I want to give a shout out to the good people at JD's. Two years ago Tony installed a new high efficiency hot water heater in my home after the old one failed. They resolved the issue on the same day I called, which was a blessing.

Fast forward to today, when it appeared there was a leak coming from the heater. I called JD's and was disappointed to learn that they were short-handed and would be unable to come out for several days. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper. I ended the call in a huff and made arrangements with another company that was able to come out on short notice. While waiting for that company, Taylor at JD's called back to say she was able to schedule Tony to come to my home late today. Because I had already scheduled another company, I declined her generous offer and thanked her for the extra effort on my behalf. This would have been plenty to satisfy me that they were doing their best for a good customer.

So it was extra impressive when Tony then called and asked if we could FaceTime the problem so he could diagnose it for me. We did, and it was determined that the problem was not with the water heater, but with the furnace condensate pump located next to it. Tony spent extra time on the phone with me to explain the problem and potential solutions, even though another company had been called and the problem was not covered by the warranty with JD's since it wasn't caused by the water heater. I'm so impressed with the extra effort these folks took on my behalf. Hat's off, JD's!
