Pete and JT did an excellent job. I called in for some work and they were here in less than an hour. They fully explained everything they were going to do and gave me tips along the way. They had it fixed and wrapped up in less than an hour. They were also very careful and respectful of my house. They also took time to clean up when they were finished. Highly recommend.

Called Erick for a clogged drain and found the pipe was inaccessible under concrete. He installed a new drain pipe to our kitchen sink/dishwasher at a very fair price saving us a major hassle. Will use again in the future.

We had a massive backup through all of our drains with water leaking in our crawl space. TCF was able to come within the hour and look into the issue. Unfortunately it was not a quick fix, but he scheduled us for the next business day and he was able to get it repaired. Thomas was timely, honest, and did excellent work! Will definitely use him for any of our future needs

Had an issue with my tankless hot water after a recent cold snap. I called and they weren't able to come out until the next afternoon, but had me send over some pictures to take a look. Suggested I try using a hair dryer on the condensate line to melt any frost which did the trick! I really appreciate that they focused on what was best for the customer instead of just getting paid for a service call. Honest and helpful company and I will definitely use them in the future when the need arises.

My main line backed up on a Friday. The lady at the office was so sweet and courteous. She promised to get a tech out on the same day. Thanks so much for not making me wait until Monday.
Then Sam came out to snake the line. I can't say enough good things about the guy. He was prompt, professional, and honest. I live in an old house. The cleanout port was inaccessible due to age. But no worries. Rather than tell me at 5 pm on Friday, that he couldn't do the job. Sam came to me and said, hey I can pull the basement toilet and run the snake from there. What a champion! He stayed late on a Friday to make sure the job got done right.
I'll never use any other plumbing company. And neither should you.

I called First Response Plumbing after waking up in the morning to a dead water heater. Ilya was able to respond to my call within a couple hours and promptly (barely over an hour start to finish) replaced my water heater for a very reasonable price. I will be using First Response Plumbing again.

Work done quickly and professionally and for a reasonable amount. Previous job took longer than expected but good communication about the delay, apology and discount - very pleased with the experience and would recommend and use again.

Had been with them for 6-7 years and been a member of their VIP services. Had a AC install 3 years ago and in August of 2022 the motor went out and was not under warranty. Paid to have them replace it. Now had a furnace and AC unit install after their sales guy said no frustration or surprises with their service. Decided to give them a secknd chance and that was a mistake. Their electrician was working in main panel connecting ac/furnace and even divided my dryer breaker for a couple of hours. I have a car charger in garage that was working in the morning and when the electrician left went to plug my car in and it stopped working. Called them several times to have them fix the issue, waited most of the day and they finally came at 7pm. said he didn't touch it and made assumptions without looking first. Blamed it a bad car charger plug ( not knowing that my car is only year old with brand new car plug And just had it service last month), finally went to look at main breaker and fix it, then proceeded to make sound like he did me a favor and not charge me for the service. If it was working that morning and you worked on main breaker, after you left it stopped working, says you did something, touch or move something in the breaker. They are not owning upto their poor service or their errors. Not please with how they are taking care of a loyal customer despite after having previous issues.
