Done was there in a day, fixed the pipe, replaced some insulation, and plugged in the heat tape that would have prevented the freeze in the first place.James, the Master Plumber, explained it really well for my sister and kept me in the loop throughout the process.For some mysterious reason, I did not get the estimate to approve before I got the receipt from when I gave billing information over the phone. Other than that, it was a perfect experience.

If you need a plumber, look no further! Give Thomas a call, he is professional, thorough, and does fantastic work. I was having an issue where the TPR valve on my water heater kept popping off. I originally thought that it was just faulty, so I replaced it, but it continued to pop off intermittently. Well Thomas came over, did some diag and determined that I needed an expansion tank to resolve this issue. He fixed it the same day after a quick parts run and now I should be leak free. I will definitely be using TCF for any future repairs that I can’t handle myself. Keep up the good work Thomas!

Horizon Services personnel are well trained and thorough in their work. I find this company reliable and efficient, good communication and complete explanations about the work that was done. I believe the rates are competitive. Horizon services my furnace, water heater and air conditioner. There are other services available which I have not used.

Roberto just left after getting my furnace going again. He was very personable and explained all the issues going on with my 20 year old furnace. When I first made the call Alan was great. He was able to arrange Roberto's schedule so he could come out first thing. (I had been without heat since the evening before and the outdoor temperature was in the single digits). Alan explained that this company has been going for three generations in his family. When I told him another company had been out earlier in the week. He refused to bad mouth them. I would recommend A-OK.

We called Blue Sky after being cancelled on last minute by Rooter Town, they arrived promptly, assessed the problem and scheduled a repair for the next day when parts would be available. Josh was our plumber and he was AWESOME! He was able to fix the problem for cheaper than expected and was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Blue Sky to anyone who requires plumbing needs. We will be contacting them in the spring for our furnace tune up. Thank you!!!

Needed a new sink, faucet, and soap dispenser installed. Called on a Saturday morning and Justin arrived within hours. Went from a two drain to single drain with garbage disposal moved to new drain. Lots of glued plastic piping with nothing but connections and no screwed connections. Justin did an amazing job helping explain everything that needed to happen and what he was doing throughout the process. He proved several options every step of the way. He was extremely patient and friendly the entire 5-6 hours he was here. There were a few unexpected issues and he handled them extremely professionally. He went above and beyond to do some final touches to bring it all together. Very pleased with the final result! Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for all future plumbing needs!

Now updated June 2022 3rd experience) :Chris and crew came to install a new AC unit and furnace. They also fixed an issue on my 2nd floor in which air was not blowing at all in one of the bedrooms.Golden West, by far has a top notch customer service in regards to ANY industry. Today Chris was informative every step of the way. He and his crew answered any and all questions I asked.Older:My newer update to what is below. I just had my second experience with this company. Once again on par with my last rating. Brendan came over, explained things in detail, resolved my issue and just left me in a better place.Customer service is always key with me at first. I will continue to use Golden West!Older:Initially speaking to Sara to set up my appointment, I was greeted in a upbeat, happy, professional manner. My appointment was set for an hour within my call. I was updated with the status of my driver and given his name Carlos by Sara, telling me he was 30 min away.Carlos showed up and greeted me in a similar way as Sara.Carlos entered with a mask, shoe coverings and gloves. He went right to work on my heater and cleaned and searched for issues. Recommendations were made, but recommendations made with time frames in mind. I agreed to an ignitor replacement of which took him 15-30 min. Carlos was a polite, knowledgeable person and can assume he's a goldmine of an asset for his company.I will certainly use Golden West again. I will also ask for Carlos every single time.....Thank You Sara and Carlos!
