Thought we had a toilet leak which turned out not to be the case.Called for service early evening and had a plumber (Roscoe)at the house the following morning. Roscoe did a thorough inspection of all the pipes in the area, including the adjacent shower, and we concluded water from the shower had splashed on to the floor due to improper closing of shower door by great-grandson. No repair needed.Roscoe noted a buildup of algae in the toilet tank and in the other toilet tanks in the house. Bottom line, the water softener/filter system was no longer working. Roscoe quoted me a fair price for a replacement system (Halo-5) and was able to install it within 5 days. Very happy with the work and the timeliness of everything from the first service call to the final installation.Very professional and efficient service by all Done employees included in this process.Highly recommend Done Plumbing and Heating for all related needs!

Great guy who was very helpful right from the start. Was able to give us sound advice just by looking at some pics we sent him via text to diagnose the emergency we were having (city water meter failed, flooding our basement). After he helped get that taken care of, he came out later in the week to install a wifi shutoff and replace a leaky manual shutoff. Great experience and will definitely use again.

Professionalism and experience at its best!We had our old furnace and AC unit replaced, and John was one of our Service Pros. He put floor protectors down and wore shoe covers as well. He was careful when moving equipment and parts in and out to protect our home. He is friendly, polite and professional. John demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in his craft. He worked late to get our units installed and tested. Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.

My water heater finally gave out the morning I was leaving on a 4 day business trip, leaving my house sitter with no hot water....I called these guys on my way to the airport and they had a tech with a new water heater at my house 3 hours later to meet my housesitter. Everyone I worked with was professional, honest and provided a ton of helpful information. Good customer service is tough to find, let alone great customer service. These guys are awesome!!!!

I needed help moving a gas line that was preventing us from sliding our new electric range into place. Charles got in touch right away, and continued to coordinate around my schedule despite some annoying requests from me to reschedule. Because of my frequent schedule changes, we ended up with a little confusion about the date to do the work. Nevertheless, Charles got out to the house quickly, knocked out the work in a tight crawl space, and along the way gave me some honest advice about my water heater that saved me money and time. Friendly is certainly a great adjective for this plumbing service and I’ll be using them again the next time I need help.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Took over 3 months for an Emergency to be rectified.
Scam artists. The main issue was an ‘Emergency Call’ for the drain from the kitchen and then got expanded to a complete main drain replacement/repair… there was never a temporary line run from the kitchen, leaving it unusable. Charged extra for dirt that was never removed, didn’t get proper certification for work done which meant it had to be done twice. Temporary line was never put together properly causing sewage to flood into the pit. Their excavator drivers each hit at least one item on the property, the biggest of which was an underground water, data and electrical bundle (see photo).

Horrible experience with Dion. Please call someone else. They wont give you prices over the phone and then show up and way overcharge you. Quoted me at $600 hr. Do not call these scammers.

We do marijuana here, anything else they say about me is a lie. The company harassed and threatened me over text message.
