Andrei was friendly and professional. He gave me his honest opinion on my aging water heater. He also did a through maintenance and inspection of the unit as well as the surrounding gas lines to ensure there were no leaks. Finally he ran some quotes for a replacement unit.I would highly recommend Andrei for future work.

Charles was super responsive as far as contacting me after I submitted a request to let me know he was available. He was able to come out within an hour and got the job done! He was super friendly and did a great job.

Affordable Plumber came in with the lowest quote, but due to money being tight I did the project myself. Took me forever, but got it done. Had I the money, would have gone with Carlos and Affordable Plumber hands down.

We had a water leak in the mechanical room and called another plumber to do the repair. Their quote was twice as much as it should have been so we were referred to Sound Plumbing. They gave us a reasonable estimate and completed the job quickly. We have used several different plumbing companies throughout the years, but this one is by far the best! Sound Plumbing will always be our go to plumbing company. Thanks David!

It was a real pleasure working with the technicians from this company. Whatever plumbing problem you have, you can be sure that they will sort it out. Zack was great, we had a mistaken frozen pipe (turned out to just be dead batteries on our facuet, doh), but he was courteous and checked a few other things before he confirmed that was the only culprit. He communicated well, was able to come out ~24 hours after we called, and was a super nice guy.

Eric came out and hooked up our natural gas line to our fire pit. He was on time and did a great job. We would definitely use this company again.

It means a lot to me to have a plumber I can trust especially with large complicated jobs. When I need a plumber, I don’t need to take the time to call around to find a friendly competent plumber I can trust. I know I can just call Capra and they’ll fix my plumbing issue.

My neighbor found Capra Plumbing in 2006 when we discovered we had a leak in our water service line. The Capra crew hand dug two holes in front of the house over six feet deep and installed a new water service line. They did a great job and when they filled in the holes, the ground disturbance was almost undetectable. I’ve called Capra for small plumbing jobs since and they’ve always done a great job. In January 2019, we found the sewer line that went from the house to the alley had a blockage. I called Capra and Carlo had a crew at my home the next morning. The crew hand dug a hole over six feet deep and replaced damaged clay pipes with durable plastic pipe. Pat, the same plumber who installed our water service line in 2006 also repaired our sewer line in 2019. Pat did a great with both complicated issues or our antique (1912) plumbing.

I've been using Horizon for over 6 years now and I've been extremely pleased with their service. We are on their maintenance plan so that they service our home twice a year. They do excellent job in keeping everything running in top capacity for our home.

We were recently told that our pressure regulator went out and it would cost around $400-$600 to get it fixed. I found Flow-Rite through a friend and their price beat every competitor in the area! Not to mention, Ruben has been very prompt in answering any and all of my questions. Rob came and replaced the regulator in a very timely manner. These guys are fantastic to work with and I will be recommending them to everybody I know from now on!

I have used JD's plumbing for everything related to water in my home. I have only been a homeowner for about a year and keep finding happy little surprises in need of repair. JD's has been fantastic -- I've had 4-5 team members out here (most recently Scott) for various projects from fixing faucet leaks to HVAC repair and sprinkler winterization. Each team member has been polite, professional, and committed to seeing the job through. Their reception/client management is great to work with and their periodic deals only increase their value. I was referred to JD's by my realtor and am happy to forward the recommendation on!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

The installation of the hot water heater went great. They were also able to send a technician on a Saturday which I greatly appreciated.
I'm still waiting to receive a invoice for the work performed, so I can get reimbursed from my home warranty company. Which is only reason I didn't give 5 stars.
