We had a leak that was preventing us from using kitchen sink, so I called around to a few places and Done Plumbing was by far the quickest on schedulingRoscoe was my technician and was excellent. He quickly identified where he would need to cut into the drywall and got it taken care of with no unnecessary damage, especially once it became more unclear where the leak was coming from. He quickly got the cracked pipe replaced and stuck around to make sure that was the full issue, and made a point of cleaning up the debris and even putting back in a utility rack that had to be unscrewed and removed to access the pipesThis is the first time I've needed a plumber since relocating to Aurora a year ago, and I definitely plan on using them again when something inevitably comes up again

I would not recommend this company, my Mom had plumbing issues and was told the sewer line needed to be replaced. She has asked this company many times during the 3 weeks since service is completed for invoices and other paperwork for the insurance company and cannot get them to share any invoices etc…. Makes us second guess weather any of these services were necessary. Don’t use this company!!!

Yesterday we discovered our main water pipe coming into the house was leaking water badly from inside the foundation wall into our basement crawl space. I called Nicholas and he returned my call within minutes and came over about an hour later on a Saturday night. This morning he brought a crew with a backhoe and excavated a hole about 7' deep, removed the leaking pipe, replaced it, backfilled the hole and finished by 1 pm. So we were only without water for about 17 hours. I highly recommend Gold Leaf, especially if you have an emergency plumbing problem.

Would give them 6 stars if I could. Friendly, communicated well, and helped me diagnose a pretty complicated shower leak quickly. Didn’t gouge me for a service call like some do. After having dealt with a lot of loser plumbers with my homes and rental properties, these guys are the only people I will call with issues in the future. Highly recommend.

We called for a water heater replace and Around the Clog installed it the same day for a competitive price. While there were some issues that caused delays with the installation Doug kept with it and finished it up late in the evening. I am not sure others would have been that diligent. We will use them again as the need arises.

Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.
In addition, this was at the peak of the COVID outbreak and he followed all protocols (awesome masks, gloves and physical distancing).

This is an honest review. Service tech Mark.T didn't use good judgment in the installation of my mother's kitchen faucet. When asked to make it good he said there would be a new charge if he had to move the faucet to the location hole in the sink where it should of been placed in the 1st place..I realize my mother signed off on this project, but it was just very poor judgment of the plumber to pass it off as being a good choice in location (put in the wrong hole) and the faucet also became very loose from the sink within two days after the installation to which he said he'd re-tighten for free..If Mark.T would of placed the faucet in the correct opening even if it meant not using the spacer piece then I believe my mother wouldn't be calling him back on his shoddy workmanship. And if Mark.T cared about his reputation then he'd of came out free of charge to make it right. It's a difficult job I know because of the garbage disposal in the way , but that's why we hired a professional and hoped he'd of made a proper decision when installing with the placement of the faucet. Well over $300 spent just for labor. For very much dissatisfaction of a job NOT well done.

P.S. I sincerely believe that Mark.T would not of been satisfied at the least if this installation was done in his own home or his mothers.. And it shouldn't take a layman to point out that he could of made a better recommendation. He walked away from a job not well done and definitely not well thought out...maybe he was on a tight schedule ???...Not an excuse.
