Brian is very professional and did a great job replacing a hose bib and cut off valve. The working area of the pipe was very small but Brian handed it with great skill Left everything tidy when he was finished.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

The service you provided was excellent. We called with a plugged floor drain in our basement at about 9:00 AM on Labor Day. Bob was at our home before noon, gave us a price for the repair and work was complete by 12:30 PM. After the job was complete, Bob also took the time to explain the cause and what we can do to prevent problems in the future.

I want to give 10 stars although 5 stars is the maximum. Brian, Alex, and Robert were brought in to complete abatement after my dish washer caused the flooding of my basement. Brian was the lead person and kept me up to date , and I felt very much at ease with him ensuring that all the work was professionally completed. Alex and Robert were very courteous and customer service focused and I felt I could trust the entire team to do all that was needed. Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.

Finding a plumber who will be straight forward about pricing with you is so hard to find. IPC was different from the rest and quoted me a good rate before they came. Other plumbers will come and either quote a ridiculous amount or charge for the visit itself. IPC was friendly and on time. I will definitely be using them again for any plumbing issues I have.
