I can’t say enough about how amazing this guy is! Our heat wasn’t working and the temps were subzero. I couldn’t find anyone to come out to look at my furnace. He was totally booked up but FaceTimed me over the phone to talk through a troubleshoot. Saved the day! I’m a customer for life! Great to meet someone who actually cares about their customers.

There are grwat items in the store but there is so much clutter and stacked to the ceiling that you can not walk through the store or fully see the items.

I've never used this company, but I was looking for a plumber in the area. When evaluating who you choose, look at how an owner responds to criticism or poor reviews. This man has severe anger issues and doesn't understand professionalism. I would go elsewhere if I were you.

The Service Pro Don who came out to our place was on time, very friendly and courteous when he entered our home. He cleaned up everything before he left and made sure we understood everything that was performed. Any additional plumbing jobs will go to King Rooter and more specifically Don.

Zach Koehler installed a new sump pump in our basement last evening. With the torrential rains the night before, the sump pump stopped working in the middle of the previous night. We were very thankful that Zach was able to install the new pump last night and saved us another night of bailing water. Zach was very knowledgeable and professional about the procedure and what needed to be done. We were very happy with his service.With this being said, we were not satisfied with the dispatch service from Roto-Rooter. We called early in the morning and were told that a plumber would be out between 9:00 - 1:00 to install the new pump. Mid-morning, the area manager arrived to assess the situation and we were told that the plumber would be along shortly. Later we received a call saying the plumber was delayed and would be here between 2-3:00. At 3:20 we had not heard from anyone. We again called and were told that dispatch would be back to us in 10-15 minutes. Almost 40 minutes later we still had not had a phone call and we called again. We then received a call from a plumber asking us to reschedule for the next day. That was not agreeable as we did not want to be up bailing water for another night and we had been promised it would be taken care of that day. Dispatch was again called and we were finally told that a plumber was on his way. Customer service and communication certainly was lacking.

Had an emergency spicket leek at 7pm and had to shut off all the water. Called and was here 30 minutes later. Did an awesome job, was quick and very friendly and very reasonably priced.

We had a situation of clogged drains. We needed something done pretty quickly. Even though it was Saturday he came out and took care of the problem. Very reasonably price, and he stood by the original quote. Would completely recommend him and use him in the future
